Many Bangladeshi citizen's foreign wives are also having "No Visa Required" stamp in their national passports. They are not dual citizens. Bangladeshi law is not applicable to them fully but as like any other travellers they should respect Bangladeshi laws. In case any legal problems they can get embassy support. Therefore "no visa required" stamp is not an issue, it is the citizenship that matters.
