My guess is that grant added it mid production. We know he was there, he appears during the episode. My best guess as to why is wasn't on the bottom is because it was potentially not added to the script the editing team got, or because it was grant speaking in first person and not proper stage direction or lines for the actors.

So if he _is_ very lactose-intolerant, he might _actually_ destroy the washroom for real this time around. I think that's what they're trying to get at.
