From what I'm seeing, it seems there are 3 problems: 1) the audio system(Mike, speaker, etc) were not audible enough over the audience most of the time. 2) most of the people are uninterested adults who were there for the sole reason that their kids wanted to come. They themselves weren't interested. And they expect the kids to be polite and well behaved, and being next to such parents does wonders on a child's motivation to stay quiet 3) they probably watched all these dubbed into their native languages. So not all of them are familiar with the original English voices.

They didn’t mean to be rude. This was the book fair in Sharjah and most people there aren’t familiar with Disney. I was there with my family. My family hardly knows anything about Disney actually. It’s hard to find anyone who knows Disney characters. Even kids don’t know them much other than the ones translated to Arabic.
