I was a Chinese man in the 1980s it felt like 1982-1985 I was alone, I lived alone. I lived above a convenient store and I would grab a carton of milk every morning. I lived with severe depression, the same feeling in my chest I live with today in my physical body. I ended up buying a carton of milk and instead of my starting my daily routine I had my packed backpack and was wearing a white tshirt with a blue rain jacket and black cargo shorts on. I took a taxi to a forest and took my own life by hanging myself. I felt my heart beating so fast until it wasn’t. I saw my own body. The celestial being there with me told me that because I took my life, I never got to see my parent or anyone in my life get old and die. The lesson I will learn in this life is to be okay with that feeling in my chest and I will be privileged to get to see everyone I love get old and pass on in this life before me. Crazy stuff but it makes sense to me.

For those who are worried about their mind making up their stories, you have to reach this like state of floating pure awareness, almost like you’re entering rem but still awake. At that point you don’t control your brain, everything just flows in and out of your mind and you feel like your brain is being massaged (it feels like your brain entered a water jet stream and it feels really nice), when you’re there then everything you saw was 100% your subconscious.

This was so beautiful! I kept thinking about being an EMT - makes sense because I’m always saving others! Then I was brought back to my home, playing with my Barbies with my male cousin - makes sense because that’s where I was most at peace (but the cousin took my home; my room!) I was in my mom’s womb - it was peaceful - I kept looking at my tiny, baby hands - I was exploring my baby hands in her womb - I was floating and looking at my right hand. Then when I came out of the womb, I was bloody but enjoyed the doctors/nurses - I could hear them speaking to me. Perhaps that’s why I keep going to the doctor? I was taken to India - on the other side of the room, I was an Indian English teacher. I was barefoot - I had a darker complexion, with henna tattoos on my hands. I was young- perhaps 25/26. Children would raise their hands to answer questions; hug me.- makes sense as I love teaching and I’ve ALWAYS wanted to visit India! I also love children but don’t want to have my own… A young Indian man with a beard sat near the window; perhaps he was my future husband? I then immediately flew out and was a bird; I was an eagle. Then transformed into a human; walked into a cave with my parents sleeping; their bodies covered by fur bedding. I was caring a basket; perhaps I was taking care of my parents; were they ill? Then I was an old woman in the cave; in yoga baby position. I was frail. Someone was petting my back as I was dying; perhaps my children? I wasn’t alone. Then I was back in the air as a human, being hugged by my mom. I realized my mom is always here with me. Always.

Thank-you. I had to do this 2x. The first i fell asleep. It's amazing the comfort i fell in my mother's womb, but how wonderful it felt being born. At the end i was a very old wise man, impossible to say how old, old beyond what our human minds can perceive, my white beard touched the floor. I waw inside a room, this room was floating in space. There was only one window in this room, where i could see the outside space. The rooms walls were filled with books till the ceiling. In the middle of the room there was this very big bright sphere , it was made up of white liquid and gas, this sphere represented our universe. There was this very big old wooden chair for me to sit and observe this sphere. My time had come for a new universe to emerge, i layed down on a single bed next to the wall and i just let my spirit go out of my body to be one with the all. The message i got , is it all adds up to love. We're all one achieving a perfect universe to create a new one.

I didn't see anyone else, she felt alone. Then she was old and It felt like she ended her own life as she didn't want the pain due to developing an illness. She had the most warm smile. She said that I have to stay strong, and that's my lesson. I cried after this.

I always have had a massive fear of car accidents. I saw myself and my 4 year old daughter get into a car crash and then my nan who I never met told me she loves me and everything is going to be okay, she’s always by my side and when I tell you I cried

My secret garden was small, walled, and mostly empty with few flowers, a few roses here and there. There was a fountain carved in stone in the middle of the walled garden. Outside of this garden was a tree at the edge of a cliff overlooking a vast sea. Then I found my self going to a dark place when I saw this wooden door. The door lead to the outside world - my past life. When I went through the door, I saw myself as a man with blue eyes living by myself in a beautiful landscape. I wore a lightblue shirt woven from a single cloth that covered my entire body . There were mountains and a huge valley. I think I lived in a cave? The soil was reddish brown and from the looks of the vegetation it isn't from where I live in my current life. For most of my past life I lived by myself, not really seeing anyone. I may have been a hermit but with no religion or belief system. I didn't live an evil life but it wasn't a morally good life either - it was a neutral life, lacking something. I felt so peaceful in that lifetime, I was content with all the silence and aloness and in fact I enjoyed it! Then one day I died alone in my cave, wearing that same blue cloth, and the last thing I saw was the blue sky. After I died I went to the cosmos where I met a Lady. She wore the same color as I did - blue. She had brown skin, and black hair and I couldn't see her face as it was surrounded with light. Then she told me that I really didn't have the chance to know God in this lifetime (since I was all alone with no one to teach me). But in the next life I will. And I will spend the next life serving her and knowing God. And I will retain two things in my new life - my love for the color blue, and my natural attraction to solitude and peace. Then I found myself in my secret garden again but this time there were much more flowers of all sorts, some were even blue. After that I was in my mother's womb - it was dark but warm and peaceful and I felt loved. I was about to start my new life!

Everytime i listen to this falling asleep i have vivid ass dreams with long stories

My childhood memory was me being crowned a king in my kindergarten class, I had a queen Kim and one day the lights went out and we kissed. Then going to a previous life I was someone of importance, getting married to the the love of my life waking down a red carpet, seemed like Roman times as I was in sandals and a white robe, but the end of that life was me dying with blood coming out of my side with my wife beside me and soldiers surrounding me, I had taken on a stupid campaign of war, lost in the bureaucracy of leading a people and never feeling the love I could have had. I pick my mother because she was very emotional to the point of crazy. I needed to be simpler, and experience life not burdened by the pressures of leadership. And that’s why I’m here this time.

The childhood memory made me feel loved and cared for. I have been feeling lately unloved as a Child. This gave me comfort.

Wow. This was a lot to handle for me. I couldn’t quite put myself in the birth place. I felt like I floated above it the whole time. My mother was alone and sad but there was medical staff all around and the room felt joyful and uplifting. My garden was mythical-looking; it was like a magical oasis that reminded me of a Disney movie. My door and light were luminous and inviting. The light felt so exuberant and I was immediately welcomed into what seemed to be 18th century Germany or maybe Sweden. It was beautiful. I didn’t know anyone’s names but as I walked down the street, people seemed happy to see me. They were all smiling and greeting me by name but I couldn’t hear their voices or make out what name they called me. Although the streets were filled with happy vendors and families, shops, etc., I noticed a dark cave with a mysterious figure that seemed to be trying to lure me in. I was tempted several times to go check it out but the people of the street, still smiling and saying hello to me, kept distracting me. Eventually the cave and the dark figure disappeared completely and there was nothing but open land, beautiful architecture and an essence of a close community; like you would picture an old German town to look like. It was just full of working people who all seemed to enjoy a simple life of bartering and being near each other. The craziest thing that sent me into tears was when I envisioned my last day. I was in a hospital bed, an old German man with no legs. I was surrounded by family of all ages who seemed accepting of my passing but you could tell they were hurt. Some were crying, some trying to remain strong with a smile on their face. As I slipped away, the room fell silent. It was like everyone knew they gathered there at that moment to be with me as I left. I remember people sharing happy memories of their lives with me. As I transcended above, I saw God. I woke up bawling because he reached his hand out and said to me, “You did a great job but I have more to show you. There is so much more to learn. You will have a second chance.” Ya’ll, I don’t know what I was expecting but it wasn’t this. I’m shook, as they say.

I found this and thought I'd listen while I laid down and it put me to sleep immediately. So over the last week I've listened every night trying to make it to some garden he says he will describe later and I never make it lol I have troubles sleeping and most insomnia or fall asleep fast videos don't cut it. I felt very anxious and my eyes felt like they wanted to open, I felt like crying, I just saw darkness and this weird smell and then there were flashes of lights and suddenly I realized they were shots and I remember seeing a what seemed like a soldier shooting out of the window which was the only source of light and then later I saw what seemed to be people looking over at me (as if I was lying down) and lots of bright lights above me, the whole time I felt like a scared small child similar to how I feel currently....

I got no ads and when I walked through the door I was in Tokyo Japan as a girl in a blue skirt a white shirt a red bow on my shirt and white socks and belted boots or something that were short and I had bangs and long black hair I had a beauty mark next to my right eye and long nails that were natural, I died alone on a bed in my sleep from what seems like lung cancer then my lesson was from my mom “I know your life was hard but you made it here strongly and you never gave up even without your father”

Tried this out- had a memory with my dad playing basketball at night when I was in 7/8th grade. Then my parents being so happy, hugging and crying while holding me. The last life one was weird, but it was also interrupted by a liberty mutual ad. The end of it was me in a cabin as an older woman- reaching and crying out for something or someone. No one ever came.

I was able to relax deeply, for the most part. The first and only thing I really was able to recall from my childhood was lying in my bed in the first house I lived in. It was night, the radio playing softly, I'm comfortable and safe surrounded by stuffed toys, my mom occasionally checks on me but I can't sleep. I had a very vague prenatal experience of feeling like I was swimming in an ocean (I was premature and my mom had complications and excess amniotic fluid) and when I came out I felt myself in the doctors arms more than anything, it was hard to focus on my parents. I visualized my door as blue with gold trim, and there was a brilliant golden light behind the door. The only semblance of a person I saw was a shadowy, male figure, but it wasn't ominous, just undefined. I couldn't picture myself in any way. Just two bare feet. Couldn't even visualize my hand. It felt like I was in a vast golden clearing surrounded by trees. The whole time, I felt alone. Not alone in a bad way; I was perfectly at peace with it, I just felt utterly alone. When he said to go to the end of that light I could only picture an infinite, dark space, with a single, paved path to follow. I started feeling very emotional at this time-- I wasn't in pain, but it just felt solemn, for some reason. I started feeling heavy. Then, when he started talking about spiritual guides, I imagined another brilliant light, and my emotions got stronger until I saw my late grandmother, who passed away when I was a freshman in college. I started to cry. I couldn't help it; I was crying as I was brought out of the meditation. I didn't hear specific words from her, but I felt her excitement for me. Her excitement for all the things I could experience. I don't think I saw a past life, I think I just felt the spiritual realm before or between a life. It feels connected to the major wanderlust I have. My grandmother was always so supportive and proud of things I achieved and places I went, and I would share my dreams with her and we would talk for hours about nothing and everything. Im most curious about the solemn feeling I kept getting, and the sensation of being so heavy at the end. I'm still not sure why I cried. I miss my grandmother, sure, but I was tearing up well before I saw her. I didn't feel uncomfortable or in any pain.
