You're right. The description says Brian is there. It doesn't say he's in the frame of the video. You can see his piano, with the usual apple shaker on the piano, and he's speaking at the end. I've seen this band twice this year. There should be no controversy here.

Let's be fair. The vid is titled "Brian Wilson..." and one watches for over three minutes before a glimpse of Brian (God bless him) at the very end. Yes, the great master created this classic, and he is physically present on the stage. But Matt Jardine is certainly doing the heavy lifting here. Nice job, Matt. And thank you, Brian, for giving us "America's Band."

CJ, this one, In My Room, and Surfer Girl are the ones for me. Also a few Jimmy B songs. One Particular Harbor, Fruitcakes, and the collaborations, It's Five O'clock somewhere, and Knee Deep. When I was a kid, I'd put a stack of Beach Boys albums on the turntable next to my bed, turn the volume completely off, and listen to the needle/ disc interface, as I was going to sleep. Beach Boys are incredible. Listen to their “Sunflower” album. So much of their material has been overlooked due to Pet Sounds hype.
