All you have to do is look inward and begin to notice things you do well without stress that gives you not only fulfillment but happiness, peace and joy and do it more often. This brings me to tears 😭. The fact he is upbringing and proud to honor his culture. When I was in middle school I performed a graduation speech about growth mindset talks about my autism diagnosis and where I was today. Very well written speech here
