I read some discussions about shounen protagonists having boring powers. And yeah... often that's true. Most of the time, the powers are pretty "good guy" type stuff and often simple and there aren't enough. Naruto has Talk no Jutsu, Rasengan, and actually some cool forms, Ichigo has like 2 special attacks, Luffy... well, he's really versatile. And then there is Jinwoo with some really dark shit, necromancy, poison stuff, no holding back, destroying enemies brutally if necessary, including humans. So cool when a protag has dark powers and gains a lot of different skills in short time and not only relying on the same thing again and again and again... Well, except when he won multiple fights by hitting the eyes of monsters. Hehe.

I totally agree The fact they even had to take the part he killed that prisoner from the anime proved how dark jin woo is becoming I was totally ok with them taking that part out cos I felt it was to early for him to get dark And also the reason why he had to keep stabbing the eyes each fight cos that’s his only option at that moment It’s jst like kicking someone at the balls in each fight 😂😂

3:24 The system didn't Save him, they punished him with this survival task & then they gave him a small breather aka the timeout penalty zone. In my opinion when you rewatch this scene, some might find it hilarious that the system was still trying to teach Sung how to appreciate his daily quests. 6:57 That didn't Age well now did it?😂 10:53 How right you are, except this is Shonen. 11:24 As an anime viewer, it was too obvious. 13:46 Looking back, it seems the author was a big Fairy Tail, Code Geass, and D&D fan growing up. Might even include Death Note in there as well.
