Don't worry man, I know it's something of a missed opportunity but there will be more that marks history. Today Falcon 9 is launching to the ISS maybe you'll go in that. Try not to regret the past because you won't be able to appreciate properly the future.

And any models about cost around £500 D: Don't worry though, apparently in June/July, lego are releasing a lego creator set that is labeled as space... This ties in with the 40th anniversary of sts-1(first flight of a space shuttle) so I'm predicting a new lego space shuttle

can someone tell me the difference between lego shuttle expedition and lego shuttle discovery?

The space shuttle discovery is just a model of the space shuttle. It includes no extra things. The shuttle expedition includes the boosters and all of that as well as the shuttle. On the space shuttle discovery the shuttle is bigger. On the shuttle expedition the shuttle is smaller. Hope this helps clear it up

I was so upset when I found out it was 800 dollors on Amazon but I visited my sister in Arizona and we like going to a Lego store that has new and used Legos I had just got 250 dollars for Christmas and I looked at the used sets shelf and saw it it was missing the little car tho but I was still so happy I cried that it was 180$

blakris Search up Brick Link. It is a lego resell website where you can buy new and used. The shuttle is cheapest on that website but still kinda expensive. The cheapest one is like 300 dollars
