As mentioned in the video, offering your bridal clients touch up kits will not only give your clients the ability to maintain their makeup throughout the day, it will also be another addition to your services :) Keep in mind that there are most likely a good handful of artists in your area that do bridal makeup and you want to make sure to distinguish yourself from others!

I love touch up kits as well. I love the idea of using a label maker. I usually write in, but it looks so much more professional that way, especially adding the clients name. Thanks for always sharing your great tips. 💡👍💕

Yes they are super great!! I love using a label maker so they can be easily read. Also, using names on them helps the bridal party find theirs easier since they all look identical :)

My touch up kits consists of the same things but I really liked your idea on how to supply lash glue! I bought some liner+glue pens on etsy and was using those for the bridal touch up kits but I'm reluctant now because I had an allergic reaction myself to them 😭 and I'm scared to give them out now. So thank you for the tips! I also include lash trays and spoolies to reuse lashes if need be but that's extra 😂 I love to see what others include in their kits ❤

That's also a great idea Tanya! Yes, the lash glue has been a game changer, but finding some that work with mostly everyone is definitely challenging!

Hi Julie, lovely and informative video as always. i would be interested in watching a video of you using the kit on someone or how they should use it to touch up their makeup.In my corner of Africa, the makeup artist often goes back just before reception to touch up the makeup and often changes lip colour and sometimes eyeshadow colour. That service is built into the cost. I use your touchup kit guide as a mirror of what to carry'when touching up a client but im always looking for new ways on how to use it.

Hi for the touch up kits I give them oil blotting sheets to blot first and then use the sponge to dip in the powder and touch up. The doe foot applicators are for the lips and everything else is pretty basic I think! I don’t think there’s really a wrong or right way to do it but I give them all the tools they need :)

Love this idea! Definitely need to do this for my brides. I️ don’t know if I️ missed it but do you provide the kits for the brides only or for bridesmaids as well?

Yes, my bridal clients love these! I provide these for everyone doing an application with me, but the bride just has extra things :)

I don’t do touch up kits anymore because I was wasting money watching them leave them in the room as they left. Most of them never used them.

I definitely understand that! But to me it’s more about the thought that counts and something that makes you stand out amongst other artists :) that’s the price I pay to be a business owner! 😆

Well if you’re building it into your price it makes up for what we they do with it because they paid the price for it. You can also maybe try asking them what they need to actually use after their service to not include irrelevant items they don’t need and also letting them know how to use everything in the touch up kit maybe with a readable instructions card if you’re extra. I have a beauty business so I am include glosses and hair lips which no one will Turn down so do what works for you

I include the touch up kits as a bonus part of my services!! So no they are not an extra charge :) I charge enough to make up for the price of them. Also, I'm so glad to hear you are learning a lot from the videos!

Hi! I’m a little confused on the lash glue part. Would they need to remove the entire lash and reapply ? Since it has such a thick applicator and it’s black it would worry me
