I agree. I think the dresses with some sleeves or straps are much more elegant too. I don’t ever want a strapless dress for my wedding.

First bride, first dress. No contest. It is a beautiful dress, it looked perfect on her and made her figure look fabulous. I was quite surprised that the second one was chosen. It is rather ordinary, not very creative.

The first dress suited her more and she seemed so happy in it. Unfortunately when ones sense of self is not as strong and needing to put it to a public vote means she ended up with a dress which she was not as drawn to.

She had to ask for more opinions because she wanted more people to love the 2nd dress as much as she did. She was stunning in both but looked so much happier in the 2nd one.

The first dress on Sammi Jo had more of a "wow" factor. The design, the cut - it looked stunning on her! Not every body shape could pull that dress but she could. The second dress was pretty, but not as dramatic on her as the first. What were they thinking with that vote?

@@carolswope8657 yes. The first one was nice, but the second one was better. I almost always like fitted, mermaid dresses more than ballgowns, there were only a few times I liked ballgowns, but here even I can admit that the ballgown looked better.

Who the heck is Sammi Jo? They're all making like she's some famous person but I don't recognize her. Her first dress was awesome! Absolutely gorgeous on her! Hate the top of the second dress! Looked like it was sliding down her front, but then most strapless dresses give that impression. And the brides always look like they're hunched over in them.

The first dress Sammy Jo tried on was so much prettier and more elegant. It fit her perfectly and was great for her figure. The second dress swallowed her and the bodice just looked weird.

Something I found extremely odd here. With the 2nd bride, they showed the names of her entire entourage but never once showed her name. What I found even more odd is the fact that not one person ever says her name during the video. At the end when they say "____ are you saying yes to the dress?", they just asked her the question and didn't use her name. I wonder why.

For the first bride.. Make the skirt of the second dress an actual skirt, make the first dress into two pieces and she can have the skirt of the second dress and the bodice of the first as her ceremony dress and then party the night away in the two pieces of the first dress for the reception...

Second dress was more bridal and less sexy which is respectful for a congregation, a marriage is meant to be for the congregation to accept to union of the couple so you should dress respectfully
