I love Gok. Not just the stylist...the person, the soul...it's beautiful. I wish I could afford to have him dress me for my niece's wedding in September. I'm plus size and don't want her to be embarrassed by my clothes...will be meeting her fiance's family for the first time.

She is stunning. I can count on my one hand how many times I have used that phrase, but she is. She actually looks like a princess - the words uttered by so many brides and 98% of them do not get close to that. The perfect dress for her!!!!

I'm glad her family was supportive and helped boost her. So often on these families worry about hiding tattoos and all sorts of other nonsense. She put a lot of work into that body and she looks great.

Gok reminds me of Mary Poppins, he treats her so kindly. I remember when I lost weight at 22-23 years old after a bad quick marriage, I gained weight while married briefly & I tried to forget that hideous mistake not a memory. I didn’t have a Gok, we got married in a very small town shop with wonderful Wendy. I got my dress brand new, from seconds which Wendy bought in from San Francisco and all kinds of auctions, I found my baby sister’s wedding dress for her, she wrote me and asked if I could find a vintage wedding gown, I found it the next day. It was from the early 1930’s & had 50 year old red wine stains all over it. Wendy practically gave it too me, for $3.00, she said to het a page 5 gallon bucket and fill it with cold water and a whole box of BIZ and soak for 3 days, all the stains were gone and I’m good at spatial stuff. I ironed her dress, wrapped it in tissue and sent it to her, it fit perfectly, she didn’t need alterations, just a small piece of lace to cover her cleavage.

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT!!! Letting her herself see herself in a dress she felt slim in, and never mentioning her weight again. Making it the goal to not talk about her weight. Perfect curveball of a dress that could only be chosen if she believed herself to be beautiful (the aim of steps 1/2). Aaaaaaaand it’s ONE POUND UNDER BUDGET. Gok is a genius. A GENIUS. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Such a beautiful lady. And that dress was made for her, not just her figure, but her whole vibe. She looks like the model who would he the best suited to show off that gown!

Gok is so non judgemental...how good it must feel to be treated well & encouraged to be yourself...without judgement or critical looks. There are people in service industries all over the world that could learn from his graciousness & encouragement.

She is so beautiful that any dress she puts on would look good. She could have chosen any of the three dresses and be a beautiful bride. I hope her wedding gives her a new vision of herself.
