Esma is nice to Ipek now, but for how long. Two days. And Faruk did not tell Sureyya about Ozgur’s going on the trip is far worse than when Sureyya didn’t tell about Okan’s conversation with Ipek. Some things are not yours to tell.

Saying Faruk has an "illegitimate child" is harsh. Begüm ran away without telling him anything and admitted she was totally wrong about that. There's no question Faruk wanted to marry her (he bought them a house) but she ran off. Okan's excuse that he only fell in love with Ipek at the end is totally lame. Not only was he after her from the very beginning, he actually encouraged Ipek to finalize the divorce.

Sureyya, if only you had overslept the morning of meeting Faruk. You may have found a different life, hopefully with music in it. Your love of music. A life with people that shared the same love and would have encouraged you to continue doing what you truly loved in life. Surrounded around people who would have supported you, cared for you and recognized you as the kindhearted, honest person that you are. Instead, you have Esma, Fikret, Ipek in your life, people that do not see you as the good, honest person that you are. If you stop and think about it, what exactly do you have in common with Faruk?

No Ipek, everything didn't work out in the end. Your issues may have been resolved, but everyone blamed Sureyya. Did you stand up for her? No. Did you inform Esma that your mother was behind blaming Sureyya? No. Did you or your husband explain to Faruk what transpired? No. This house is full of self serving, hurtful people.

It seems most of the occasions, upon being reminded, for Sureyya were planned by Akif, for Faruk. So, heartbreaking for Sureyya the hurt and pain she has endured by living in that house. It seems, the bigger the heart, the more they hurt.

OMG Garip teaching Esma to drive, don't know if it's a good idea at this point in her life, but cute! And I think this is the turning point in Ipek and Fikrets relationship she realized she really is in love with him and he realizes how selfish he has been with her, what a sweet family they are! Adem is discovering what it means to be a part of a family and have brothers, and found his soul mate in Gunus they are a good couple, hopefully we will get to see some other relationships besides just Sureyya and Faruk

Esma's & Ipek's chat really sweet & emotional..& there definitely is some hidden agenda with the Queen bee. But my focus was that soulful 🎸 strumming in the background fm 18.26 to 21.01 with different chords at intervals, that seriously gave me goosebumps as I listened to it. What a CLASSY pc of work is Istanbullu Gelin!!! I hope we wl get more of such series with the same highly talented actors & the lovely background 🎶 🎶 🎶

What happen to 257? I think Ipek and Sureya needs to wise up to the way Esma will pit them against each other. Esma tells them what she feels with make them feel better even if puts them against each other. Kind one minute, then cruel the next. Furak is all in his feelings, I feel a big apology in the making, especially after things blow up with him taking Ozgur with him on this trip. Ozgur dreaming of the mansion, NOT!

Boran boys are so selfish! They are nice with their wives whenever they wish to. Now Ipek is happy to be back but there is no guarantee Fikret will b nice all the time. Suraiya has her aunt and Dilara to share her sorrow, but If Ipek’s parent shuts their doors off, she won’t have any place to go or to share her pain. Now Esma is nice with Ipek, but she is blind of her sons. Never sees their fault. Sorry for Ipek and Suraiya

He can be kind but he is still self centered...always making drastic decisions without consulting his family... he kept things from Surraya... he just had a fight with Ozgurs ex grabbed him by the throat to "save" Ozgur 🙄but didn't feel he needed to explain this to his wife. He's often does things without realizing how it will effect his wife...cheating while still married....kept Begum and Emir from Surreya etc

Sorry....this is a Serie i chose to see with ENGLISH SUBTITLES.....So WHY i mainly see subtitles in an other language i dont understand? I really love this Serie.....but try to understand that this is very Irritation if you cant understand almost nothing because the engl. Subtitles are mostly hidden from an other language. PLEASE TRY TO CHANGE....i really want to watch it with engl. Subtitles i do understand! Thank you.

I really hope Dillard meets someone soon. Everyone’s in love except for her. As lovely as Aden’s girlfriend is, it was annoying seeing them together knowing Dilara still had feelings for him. Hopefully, she’s starting to move on now, and will meet someone special.

Faruk was not just distancing himself from Sureyya,but has his demons chasing him inside! He’s no longer interested in the family business,too much responsibility,plus things happening at home! He’s looking at his life from the outside now,his time is running out! He feels that he’s getting old! I guess you call it a midlife crisis,but he’s only 37 years old now,in the series,I mean ! He’s totally burnt out!
