Consultant Danielle shook hands with the entourage! how many other consultants do we see do that? it's a gesture of such deep respect and physical warmth, I knew straightaway the appointment would go well. I wish all the consultants did this as a matter of course. i don't think people realize what a positive effect a caring handshake has, when the client/entourage are at all anxious, (which they usually are).

I love how supportive they are, they aren't too harsh on her and don't make their opinions too forceful.
