For those of you who don’t know: some pregnancy tests have an upper limit of the pregnancy hormone that they test for. So if you are several months pregnant and your levels are ridiculously high then you could get a false negative because the levels are so high.

Imagining going into labor without knowing you’re pregnant is terrifying as is. But a couple days before your wedding with all that stress already there 🙀

when I don't have my period or when I'm late, I would freak out and think I was pregnant but then realise I never had a boyfriend in my life💀

Missed two periods in a row and thinks menopause. Me one day late thinks I’m pregnant and freaks the hell out. Then six months and does nothing come on girl we are more educated then that.

For everyone asking why she didn’t go to the doctor, it’s probably because in America doctors are expensive and you don’t go unless you absolutely have to. Some people don’t go even then.

I don’t get how she missed so many periods started gaining weight and never went to a doctor. Even if she thought it was menopause she should have seen a doctor.

I had a few missed periods last year and took several tests all negative. So i just went about my life until it was October and then the doctor told me you are pregnant but he won’t make it. My son didn’t make it indeed, born six weeks too early. Sometimes it is hard to tell if you are or are not pregnant. Please don’t judge women! Thay have it hard enough!

Congratulations to both parents on their baby and wedding the baby was the icing on the cake, I'm just happy she became a mom, I'm sure there's no regrets

Thats really awesome that she finally had a baby after years of trying without success. I had a friend who was told she'd never have kids but she finally had one after years of trying and i couldn't be happier for her . I think things like this are amazing.

Do people really say it's hard to get pregnant after 37?! That's crazy! Both my grandmothers had babies in their 40's, all the men were at war, but they still had 6 &10 children respectively!

My niece was almost 40 when she had her daughter. She and her husband had used no birth control and had given up on a child after 10 years. She was diabetic and shortly after they changed her medication she got pregnant. She was in college to become a nurse and thought of all the terrible illnesses she could have with her symptoms. I'd always told her when something was going on to think horses not zebras so she bought several pregnancy tests and they all confirmed she was pregnant. Her daughter is bright, talented funny and beautiful. She is a blessing to the family and everyone she meets is drawn to her.

My mom was pregnant with me at 42, my bother at 44. My sister had her second kid at 40. She found out she was a week about giving birth after a regular doctor check up. We had to buy a bunch of baby stuff for her in a matter of a couple of days. Now she has a 20 yr old, 5 yr old and a 3 yr old.

My baby brother Conner was 3 nearly 4 months early and had to stay in the hospital for close to 4 months. They gave him a less then 50% chance of surviving. He just turned 13 a few days ago.

I’m 43 and have 2 children with my ex husband, we split up when I was 33 and 6 months later I met the one. We’ve tried for a baby from around 12 months into our relationship, but sadly it hasn’t happened. He’s a wonderful stepfather to my children, but it breaks my heart to this day that he never went through the whole pregnancy/birth/baby time of raising children. I also feel terrible that he will never get to be called Daddy. I’m aware that any man can father a child, but daddys are special! He is one of those men whole have absolutely earned the name/title Daddy.

My mom had two miscarriages with her boyfriend before my dad and gave up, then when she got with my dad at her late forties and had my older sister in March 1, 2000, had my brother in September 10, 2001 (1 day before 9/11), had me at January 5, 2003 & had my little sister at December 20, 2003. This reminded me when I was younger like 5 years old i first saw a pregnancy test and i asked my mom what it was and she told not to ever touch it its a pregnancy test and she never explained why i shouldn't touch it. So i ended up thinking that a pregnancy test will make you pregnant and ended up staying as far as humanly possible away from it😂

I literally just started my period last night and I was freaking out for the past 3 maybe even 6 weeks which is probably abnormal but I literally thought I was pregnant but realized I'm on birth control even though you can still get pregnant I was like "where's the pregnancy test" so I found one and took it thank God it came back negative because if it was positive I would have been so mad and angry because I'm 17 and I'm in my last semester of high school and I thought " I'm not ready to be a mum yet" I'm so thankful for what my body does for me but pregnancy no not yet too early

I feel like some people don’t wait long enough for an accurate pregnancy test reading. My friend once took one at my house and said it was negative and later that day I went to take out my trash and seen that it was actually positive and I had to tell her myself.

same thing happened to a friend of mine. I keep telling her that she's gaining weight and her belly is so big. She said its just fats. She's usually not having her period for 3mos so she said its impossible. I always touch her belly and she will squeeze her belly saying "see, its just belly fat". Then she found out that she's likely more than 6 mos pregnant. 🥰 Her baby's fine! God's miracle. Prayer is so powerful! ❤️

At 40 I had missed a period, I immediately informed my husband that I was too old for this and it was his turn. During my pregnancy at about three and a half months I was informed that my child had Down syndrome. I spent the next five months taking classes to learn how take care of her. The entire time my husband kept telling me to quit stressing over it that there was nothing wrong with her the doctors were wrong. When she was delivered I looked at her then looked at the nurse and said dang you can't hardly even tell she has Down syndrome. The nurse looked at me and said that's because she doesn't. They had about fifteen doctors in the delivery room to take care of her, as soon as they all found out she didn't have Down syndrome they looked very disappointed, then filed out of the room. It was so crazy I bawled like a baby for 3 days. How Could my husband have known. The nightmare here is after they told me she had Down syndrome they sent me to a geneticist. When he informed me that it wasn't too late and these are his words not mine " to correct the situation" my heart lept for joy. I had no idea there was anything that could be done for Down syndrome in vitro. I'm not stupid but that day I was a little slow, within 10 seconds it dawned on me what this murderous a****** was recommending. I wonder how many babies are aborted every year because people like him recommend murdering these children as opposed to bringing them full term. Down syndrome babies are God's gift to the world. they display all the traits and qualities that the Lord wants us to have. they are unconditionally loving they are reliable they are honest and there are the hardest workers I have ever seen. Please quit killing these gifts.
