I’d love them to have somewhat of an Aladdin storyline with Theo! Have him disguise as someone new so that Eloise can see and dance with him on her turf. 🥰 it could end in a happy ending with these two, or it could end in heartbreak: he realizes he can’t live up to high society expectations and also doesn’t want to pull her out of it because she deserves the best. then it could pick up with the original book storyline with Sir Philip.

Watching this interview, I am now sure that we are going to see eloise and theo together this season it was like Calam was trying so hard not to give it away but he was also very excited to talk about their upcoming story. I hope we can see them together because just like he said they really are perfect for each other

He couldn't describe better #Theloise relationship, he is totally right, they are perfect for each other. Also he is so sweet, I watched his interview with National Youth Theater, and he was so lovely and sweet all the time, he wanted give us some details about Theloise, but I know that for contract he couldn't, but I love him and I really need #Theloiseendgame 3rd season

Thanks for the interview, even Claudia said she pictures Eloise crossing social rank and Theo is a great match for the Eloise she’s playing, Though he’s not the showrunner for next two seasons, Chris has spoken of Eloise and Theo, I’m more interested in what happens if Netflix doesn’t extend more seasons, I do wish Eloise had her own season, she’s such a protagonist that isn’t the typical uptight English period drama female lead

i really hope that eloise and theo end up together, as calam said they're literally "perfect for each other" and it is very clear, they have similar interests, intellectual bond, great chemistry, and just overall how theo is similar to her yet he challenges her and that's exactly who she needs, he is perfect for her. especially with the time period, it is difficult to come across men like theo who want equal rights for both genders, and eloise found somebody like that. they just make sense. I don't want her to end up with Phillip even though I know it is in the books because he looks like he's way too old for her, the characters wouldn't look good together and I don't think their chemistry could top that of Theo and Eloise. it would be interesting to see a "forbidden romance"

Love the chemistry with Theo and Eloise. I'm pushing for the writers to keep them as a couple. Eloise has the personality that will rebel against the class (caste) system. Also, the writers can easily make Theo's back story and status change or inherit a publishing firm.

We see what would happen to Eloise in Mary Sharma's storyline. Mary was a former "diamond" but eloped with a shop clerk below her class and moved to India. Her choosing love was her fall from high society, something Eloise wasn't willing to do for Theo.

Class is a "very big" thing back in this time period. We see what it cost the Sharma''s, and it would cost Eloise even more, for Theo is of the real lower class in GB. Eloise would have to learn to do without so much, as well as learn to work vs sitting around on a sofa reading and discussing philosophical thought. Can you see Eloise emptying her own bedpan, scrubbing floors, taking out the garbage??? It is often hard for a 21st century individual trying to truly put themselves in an 18-19th century reality--accepting, without disagreement, the social thought of that era. Let us remember women were still fighting for the basic right to vote in the 19th century. Women have come a long way since Regency times in many countries, yet, in some countries no where near as far.

I preferred not having as many intimate scenes. It left me with less to skip in s2 lol. I just really don't like intimate scenes and I really really don't like when that seems like it's the highlight of a relationship, which was kinda what happened after Simon and Daphne got married. I mean, we know they have more in common than that, can we please go back to him making fun of her laugh? That's also one of the reasons I really liked Theo and Eloise. Because they have a lot in common, especially intellectually, so no matter what they'll always have something to talk about and relate over, other than the devil's tango. Lmao I think I'm ace help

Bk vs Tv. Two different worlds really. Alternate universes but with same characters. Honestly speaking Theo is better suited for Eloise than Phillip in the show. At this point Phillip would either have to do a major personality 180, become more than just background noise, Eloise and Theo date for a season or two then Theo dies tragically to make way for Phillip's entrance, or Theo holds Eloise's class against her and their relationship eventually becomes toxic due to it. The one before the last is what I'm hoping to happen if endgame must be Phillip (without the death lol).

Theo was a good first crush for Eloise. Their friendship served as a good push for her character and progression into her own story. It’s still Phillip and Eloise for me. The sincerity and strength in their relationship, their separate intellectual pursuits, the lessons they teach each other: it could be adapted so well for the Netflix series. Especially when you see how Phillip & Eloise fared through S2. 🥺 Eloise S4, please! 🙏 or at least secure S5! ✍️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🪴🎯

how does her having a crush on theo exactly push her character and progression, if anything it would be throwing away her feminist ideals and we can tell that she doesn't want to take part in society and by marrying phillip she would just settle for a man just because she feels alone. theo is good for her, he challenges her, he is intelligent, they share similar interests, and ground each other. I don't know why some people want Eloise to be with Phillip, their book isn't even good, he just wants a wife to take care of his children, other than that there is nothing there.

@@bbylubna agree, her book doesn’t due Eloise justice, while he came across as needy and demanding, Shondaland writers did gave Eloise more layers and a star in her own right, the book and tv are two different mediums and the tv sir Philip….is just a good old supporting role
