Something people dont know abt Nicki and her Pink Friday era is that Lil Wayne was actually in prison during her debut which is why Lil Wayne isnt featured on this album he is on the deluxe album replacing Em on Romans Revenge Wayne was on every Nicki album except this one

Loved yalls reaction, so honest and enjoyable! Dont be scared of her fans tho, we get defensive at times cause she's been so often disrespected, anyway fun facts abt this album: contrary to popular belief, Nicki doesnt talk about sex at all in this album, mostly female empowerment, relationships, and just straight hiphop braggadocio barsssssss. also, Pink Friday had the second highest first-week sales for a hip-hop album in the 2010's (second only to Drake) and that was done before the streaming era so its even cooler to think abt ppl being so hype they stood in lines to physical CDs

I know this album like the back of my hand. It came out when I was in high school. It helped me get through my dad being in jail and I’m forever thankful for her. Her music is amazing and I remember everyone going crazy over her lyrics and her way of telling stories (Roman). She’s such a creative individual. ❤

Pink Friday is definitely a classic at this point and I'm not even a Barb in the slightest. Not only did half the album take over radio, but it was also just really good rapping, and the album cuts are even better, Blazin', Roman's Revenge, like these are all timers.

very good reaction on Pink Friday by Nicki Minaj, an album that I adore enormously even if I like The Pinkprint much more which is much more personal and mature. Pink Friday is a timeless and generational classic, an album that broke records and above all an album that enormously influenced the whole new current scene in female rap (cardi, megan, doja, latto, saweetie, etc...) with did it on em, fly, moment 4 life, right thru me, roman's revenge, blazin, your love, super bass, i'm the best, save me, dear old nicki 🔥🔥🔥. she wasn't signed to gucci, she was signed to big fendi under a 100 day contract. but she was managed by deb Anthony, wacka flocka's mom and manager. deb managed wacka, gucci and nicki (after she moved to atl). so that's how they connected.

Yo my favs from this album always been Here I Am, Right Thru me, and Save Me, those stay underrated, yh it is surprising how easily Nicki can go from hardcore rap to vulnerable sensual R&B , she the Queen for a reason, great reaction frr yall, i havent listened to this album in a minute, yall should react to her album the Pinkprint for another great mix of rap & r&B
