Too modern for me but I love, love, love the lot size and the casita. If they offered this model in a more traditional style it would be perfect!

It's an amazing home. They list the Ambrosia as starting at just under $1 million, but to make it look like this model - with all the exterior landscaping and the casita - it would probably approach $1.8-2 million.
