this is my 5th time watching this video why I really like both houses....I love love love the first house, The Hyde modern farmhouse is my absolute favorite, but I must also add that at first glance it reminds of being at the beach and I think to call it a modern farmhouse is not enough because it has a exquisite coastal feel to it. The colors alone are so inviting, I'm so drawn in with the blue, white and creams, this house elevates my mood. Thanks for sharing!!

Like the home but I am single so it would be too big for me. Really like the carpets are those stain resistant hypo allergenic carpets.

Is Denver and it’s surrounding communities mostly for the rich now? With prices like this, it doesn’t seem like a blue collar worker or teacher like my wife could afford to live there.

The average price for a single family home in Denver is in the $600,000's now.

@@BriggsAnunobi Thank you so much for the kind words as well! Her budget is more around the 175000-225000 range, so she’ll have to move on to somewhere else. Sometimes in life you have to adapt to challenges and make the most of the situation no matter what life throws at you!
