The prompt for today is WORDS, QUOTES, SOPPY AFFIRMATIONS.

Get your art journal, sketch book or paper out, or make an easy no sew journal with me and fill it with your experimental arty adventures.
You Do You - Interpret the prompts as you like, there is no wrong or right way.
Create a page for all 13 prompts or as many as you want.

I love the looks of mixed media, I just can’t just let go and do whatever happens happen if that makes sense. I am always amazed how you make it happen!!

Hi Teresa, if you have no supplies at all then a few basics are gesso, a set of acrylic paints and a couple of brushes. Buy cheap supplies just in case you don't like using them. My book is made mostly from grocery bags, a cheap scrapbook or composition book will do. I find things around the house to stamp with, like bubble wrap and a suction soap holder. I also look for stamps & impression making items in the kids section, duplo or leggo blocks are great for stamping. Cheers
