You didnae make full use of Quadrophenia Alley then? Agree with some of the other comments. I enjoy mod music, the clothes, etc., but standing around looking at scooters for hours on end would bore me to death. And while there are some well dressed people there, it also brings oot a fancy dress contingent.

The Alley, I wouldn't dare comment 😉 We didn't just look at scooters lol there are other attractions in Brighton we popped and looked at.

Hello I live in New Zealand. Back in the 1970s, I worked for a film distribution company. In 1979 the company released the movie Quadrophenia , and I went along to the premiere screening of it for free, that was a job perk. I liked the movie and had the film poster.

They don't dress for the occasion they are mods so dress as mods not scooterist totally different scene, quadrophenia, Dorset modropheniacs scooter club ,ginger Thompson, the club entrance was in fact a toilets , when running of the beach ,mcfc Kippax blues is spryed on the wall
