depends on your source of protein. animal protein is bad for people. Plant based proteins are the best and help with looking young,

I’ve been on a diet for 4 weeks eating nothing but tuna, salmon, apples, avocados, garlic and olive oil, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, pistachios, brown rice and sweet potatoes and I’ve lost over 12 pounds with very little exercise. My coworkers have all told me I look 5 years younger. Food is medicine!

turmeric not only does the following things that you have told but also makes and improves our skin tone. That day I applied my lip scrub ( honey and sugar mixture) onmy face and it looks like my all dead cells has vanished and I got a smooth and glowing skin. It's my tip you can try if you agree.

I have read all of the idiotic comments on this thread and all I have to say is this. Videos like this are generally directed toward older people like myself (60 years old) who want to have more youthful looking skin. They are not intended for children, although if the youngsters commenting here would use these tips it would help them to keep thieir youthful skin a lot longer in their lives. Thanks, for sharing these tips, Bright Side, and please keep them coming.

I highly doubt anyone my age actually thinks they will turn into pre-teens and younger if they following these tips 😂. I think those my age and younger are making fun of the title in general. (Unless they really think so, if that's the case, they need to get their life together.)

K 00 cut out meat & dairy, try to use only organic skin care products with as little ingredients as possible, increase tumeric and colourful vegetable consumption and you'll see results really quickly :)

Agree...add in exercise (both body and face muscles), use essential oils (diffuser is a GREAT investment) to get a better sleep (e.g. Eucalyptus), and avoid substances (sugar, white flour, chips, sweets, food, alcohol, smoking, etc.) that make you look > 10 years older.

How you take care of yourself when your young has everything to do with how you look and feel when your old....always taking care of your skin..eating right and exercising is the best way to stay young ....every disease is diet and lifestyle related I'm 77 and always have since I turned 12 washed my face every night before going to bed.. many people including Drs are surprised when I tell them my age.

Trick. Apply all oil on a damp skin to lock the water in and absorb better. That applies for hair as well.

I'm surprised the emphasis on purple foods like beets, purple cabbage, cherries etc., are not mentioned in here. The darker the food, the higher the antioxidant power :)

You should be careful with citrus juice, although it is very good to the skin you should not expose skin with vitamin C to the sun. Always apply at night and wash it very well.
