I don't find it baffling at all. According to what you've been told societally, I get it. But you can eat fast food daily as long as it isn't 1500 calories+ a meal and you're supplementing it by being active and making sure you get actual nutrients in your other food. I lost 50 pounds in 5 months while also eating fast food 3-4 times a week. Just don't order the Big Mac meal every time, and actually the biggest killer is soda. Needless calories, your extra large Coke is almost as many calories as the meal. Stick to water, and have a salad as your other meal, and you can be one of the healthiest people in your neighborhood eating McDonalds daily.

I used to work at McDonald's as a custodian. I quit last year in June. I didn't really like being a dishwasher that much. But I did like working at McDonald's until we got a different manager who I could not stand. I did like McDonald's at first because my crew was very supportive towards my disability. I have a total four disabilities. I loved working there sometimes I did get a free meal. I work at Dairy Queen now where I make ranch, toast buns, toast bread, make pretzel sticks, make bacon and drop burger patties.

@@H.K.5 You wrote this comment before the video came out, but a video came out last month where his wife explained his blood tests are good and he's healthy, despite eating 2 or 3 Big Macs a day. That's good genes right there. Some people are just blessed to be able to eat unhealthy without suffering the consequences.

if most days he only eats 2 to 3 big macs at about 600 calories per sandwich he is under the recommended 2000 calories a day plus by him saying he is an active person and does a lot of walking every day he is getting enough exercise to help with that food.

Contrary to what you might think, eating one or two of these a day will not make you fat or necessarily unhealthy. Your body requires a certain amount of calories and nutrients to function, and fast food is not necessarily nutrient deficient. When you start going overboard, overeating and ingesting unnecessary amounts of high calorie food, that's when you start seeing problems.

This guy boosted my confidence so much. I've always known that the Big Mac is the best burger ever made, but I was too embarrassed to say it. People turn their noses up at McDonalds, say that it's fake disgusting food. But i tell you what, a Big Mac is so, so much better than your fancy 'gourmet' burgers with the oversized patties, Angus meat, artisan brioche buns etc. Big Macs get the balance just right and they're incredible The only burger that rivals the Big Mac is the Grand Mac. Thanks Don and cheers to the greatest burger.

@@Wolf-qh2lk I live in eastern Canada, we have limited fast food option. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, A&W, and Harveys. That is about it for traditional places I think and then there are a bunch of hotdog chains for some reason. We don't have many of the big US burger chains, like Whitecastle, or Sonic, jack in the box, whataburgers or Culver. We do have five guys but is is really expensive
