Vauxhall-like Morrissey, nailing Elvis' vibrato, Killers on coke, almost bordering on some Stephen Morris, with side of Strokes vibes - I mean, wow. The comparisons are gonna fly with you gents, but what you have collectively is just utterly unique!

Wow. I had the exact same reaction. Well, almost... The guitar riffs with the Morrissey-esque parts of the vocal made me think the Smiths instead, because that's definitely the style that'd make Johnny Marr smile, haha.... It's almost like an assembly of pieces of old outdated computer parts were recombined with some new pieces to create a brand new machine

Few bands like this arrive on earth.. I am BLOWN away.. They can probably go on forever. PURE talent and a mix of so much that I love.. Yet absolutely original... This is something else completely..I am stunned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at their show last night at The Bottom Lounge in Chicago. They opened for The Last Dinner Party. BCMB knocked it out of the park!! I predict that they, and The Last Dinner Party, will be a LOT bigger one year from now than they are today.

I think Annalisa (WXRT dj) is correct. In a few years, we (the 700 who bought tickets) will be bragging that we were there. An amazing chance to see two soon to be renowned bands together early on. And kudos to whoever booked this dream combination. @@djovanovi

I someone describe them as Roy Orbison meets the Smiths. :) I love that jangle guitar... very Marr, and the vocalist definitely has Morrissey tones. So far I'm loving it...

Have you ever heard a song that makes you stop what you are doing and snap to attention? If not almost make your heart stop? "Impressively Average" did that to me. And that happens (to me), given the la-la pop music of today, only every five years or so (Although I do like some more "pop" stuff like The War on Drugs song "I Don't Live Here Anymore," and so on). All I can say about this song is WOW. ABSOLUTELY WOW. ABSOLUTELY F***ING WOW!!! I have seen the references to the Smiths, the Strokes, Elvis, Roy Orbison, and so on, in terms of what people hear in this song. I agree with them all. This song is a little like a fine red wine--everyone who samples it has a slightly different take on the taste. "Tastes of Elderberry and Blueberry," "Wild Berries and a hint of Walnut," "My palate detects Strawberries, Blackberries, and Almonds." 🙂 The great range of the lead singer's voice brings to mind LP, a female equivalent, who recently came on my radar screen. Thank God that great Indie Rock still exists, and that WXRT supplies it to us here in Chicago.

They are a great band. Wonderful musicianship! The lead singer isn't imitating anyone. He may have slight tones that are reminiscent, but it's unique in its own way. And I love it!

Your every song📻📀 could sound exactly the same on an album and I would still support your artistry and buy it because I love your specific sound, vibe, danceable melodic sing alongs, and nearly untouchable dramatic epic feeling vocals. It has been a while since the last song release which earned me subscribing to your channel. I couldn't believe you guys weren't huge a year ago...much less now! It has to be coming for ya soon...but until it does, I will enjoy the likely possibility I could attend a live show at a still somewhat humble venue where scalpers and ticket prices aren't monstrous. Sounds nothing like The Smiths. Can’t replace Morrissey, Marr, Rourke, and Joyce. His voice is the only thing similar to Morrissey. Great alt band either way.
