I am not sure how English fans & media works, for us, we cheer Son and cherish all his dedication and hard works even he doesn't get to score or heavily marked during those games... he doesnt show behaviours like Ndombele and still trains hard.. Why all the hate and non-building criticism towards Son, i have no idea.

I wouldn't call it hate. When a player is out of form, and you have a player like Richy on the bench, it'd be nice to see rotation. I also think that bringing it would benefit Son to bring him on in the second half when the opponent has been run into the ground, and to give Son the opportunity to use his fresh legs to bag a goal or two. That would get his confidence going and help his form return.

We're going to have a run of games starting next week, so there will be tons of opportunities to see Richy. As for Son, there are certain players you always keep in your starting XI

@@MarcoDKim ghosting games is completely different from selling games. Son didn’t ghost on Chelsea. He sold. He kept giving away possession and he was at fault entirely for kouilablys goal. It’s better for someone who’s massively underperforming too take a day off and recoup

@@Rh_Penguin Yeah anyone would struggle when Chelsea's strategy was to use Reece James to completely man mark and block off Son. Teams are realizing that simply stopping the Kane-Son link up helps reduce the attacking threat for Spurs. It will be a challenge for sure for Son and Spurs, but pretty certain Conte will figure out a way.

What a great training session, probably the best I've viewed in years. Bryan Gil looks deadly in front of goal, and the same can also be said of Djed Spence. Looking forward to the game at The City Ground at 16:30 on Sunday. Prequel to the Carabao Cup game. As always Come On You Spurs!!!

Gotta be honest there was a time not so long ago I thought Sessegnon was gonna be shown the door or he ask to leave. Boy has grown up into a man since being with us and I’m proud he took a gamble with us when everyone wanted him at Fulham. He’s pushed on and kept fighting for a place and I think he’s great. Brilliant…! I played football back in the day at quite a good standard, and I have to be honest and say I was a bit of a lazy trainer! I would work my nuts off on the Saturday afternoon for 90 minutes but in training I have to say hand on heart I was a bit lazy! I wish I had my time again, I would’ve worked harder and enjoyed it more and maybe moved on to a higher level! I loved watching this 👌🏻

Japh just showed why the club should keep him in the defensive frame, he can across the line and I feel his grown and matured in temperament and under Conte’s philosophy. Enjoyed the Kane/Son vs Sanchez. 450+ mins of clean sheet action, carry on holding it buddy #COYS

When I was 11- 12 years old I began playing football. It was just for fun and we usually were three of us, 1 V 1 and the third defended a gate. Each time one of us could play as a defender, a striker or as goul keeper and it was very useful for each of us. In 4 5 months I became a confident in it. In regard to what I saw in the video I'd add an additional exercise for strikers to defend the gate and vice versa for defenders to strike the gate. That would help both of them to understand strong and weak sides of each other.

@@foxrestive8285 he's only been injured twice - but they were both long-term. Not once let the side down when he's played. If a big offer comes in, I'd understand. However if it's from a big club, there's probably a good reason for it - he's a big prospect. One that could haunt us

everyone calm down. we are 3 games in and Sonny hasn't been his best but he also had a role in almost all goals so far. last year he had a 5 game slump and came back to win the golden boot. respect that or he might take Liverpools or real Madrids offer.

Exceptional defending from Japh to keep Sonny locked down like that. No easy feat. And Bryan looked excellent both dribbling AND finishing.

Really hoping we fail to replace Gil and end up not being able to send him out on loan. Deki isn't going to play every game and Gil should feast on non-top 6 level opponents
