He is like Joe Root. He perfectly anchored the innings with the hundred with the SR of 92! Its a pity that on that day the team didnt play around him to get the total. He is a delight to watch when in full flow. Unless Pak develop some aggressive batters who could bat around him, Pak will struggle. Babar can't be the aggressor and the anchor at the same time.

You should watch him bat in 2019. He was really aggressive while playing conventional shots, I think he made 98 in 110 balls under lights in a pink ball test match. Hit 10 fours to steyn in 3 overs on an up and down surface at the wanderers and his t20 batting in South Africa was remarkable, but after that he changed his technique and became a completely different batsman.

Also Pakistan fields its tier 1 team against the likes of Ireland, Netherlands and Zimbabwe so Babar Azam and Md.Rizwan boost their respective strike rates and averages.

Typical Indian Sanghi exaggeration. The target was 370. Pak needed not 8-9 runs an over but just above 7.5. Babar's strike rate was not 60-70. He anchored the batting with the strike rate of 92 and scored a century. You Sanghis should learn your math in school again.
