that cemment is weak and it will break on a bit harder pressure. btw id recommend you to use white cemment, looks prettier plus no need to color it. also add some sand or gravel, we call it 0 gravel(the finest), which u can run through sieve to get the finest rock powder which will give it strenght and wont mess with texture. mix it 2 cups(for reference) rock powder(gravel, sand) 1 cemment. also wet it every half and hour or an hour for a day so it binds slower and becomes much much harder. you will end up with rock solid cemment.
