Yep, love the country blue 💙 I'dve put this little pitcher on my kitchen windowsill with some Lily of the Valley. That goldenrod colored jar, I would have kept it the way it was too💛 The other projects turned out really nice though 🙂 Don't understand why everybody wants to paint everything?

Absolutely agree! I’d have washed it, filled it with flowers and enjoyed! That was Gorgeous on its own! She did a beautiful job for sure but that shade of blue is my fav color! I loved it as is

Do you think if you rub the transfer harder it would come out darker? I would prefer it to be a little bit darker, so you could read it or see the flowers! Other than that I love the items that you put the transfers on they turned out beautiful!❤

Not quite sure. To be honest. But maybe it was the surfaces I used?? Maybe if they were wood?

No. I bought these like a year ago and they are horrible honestly! It’s so difficult to even see or make out the wording. I tried a few times thinking I wasn’t rubbing hard enough… I recommend saving your money… 😂

Love your videos & I learn much. But, I definitely would've kept the dog biscuit tin the original color, and would've left the "denim" vase original but with an embellishment (decoupage?). You make so many beautiful improvements to your finds. ♥️

I loved these! I have those Rub-on Transfers! They came in I think 2 maybe 3 yrs ago ??? Then like 2 weeks ago they were back! I LOVED how they looked especially that ugly yellow jar that you turned into a STUNNING PIECE! It turned out just perfect! I’d proudly display that! My daughter has a Business “The Tumbler Bee” I saved the Bee Rub on to do something for her. You’ve convinced me to be more open to ugly yellow jars 😂😂😂 because I’m a dork and painting it went right over my head lol The shape and that wood lid was perfect! Something like that would be great to store hair ties etc! I thoroughly enjoyed this one! I usually don’t comment but need to! I want KZfaq to keep these coming! 😊

I like the pitcher re-do. I also liked it a lot after the caulk and before the white paint. I wonder if the caulk would have stayed without the paint. Maybe seal it. Hmm

LPT: to make the rub ons as sturdy as possible just cover the back with some clear masking tape before rubbing.

For the first jar, I think the mustard color was gorgeous. I would have probably added the stencils and and no paint. I could see using that as a small tea bag canister. Other than the vase that you put flowers in, you did not show what you used the other items for other than decorative pieces. For me, I would change them and had a useful purpose for them. They’re cute as decorative items but I always have to have a use for the items.

What sealant do you recommend for transfers?

I have looked everywhere for the parchment transfers, like 8 different DT stores. Ours in Middle Georgia get none of the cool stuff. Love all these flips !!

Hi! Wax can be used to seal paint or to add texture detail, like I did. I sealed it with Polyurethane and then added the wax to add detail and was able to remove excess.

They had the parchment transfers for the last few years. They will smear and need to be sealed but you need to spray seal them. They are not easy to rub off. Not a fan.
