"Right now, there are people all over the world who are just like you. They're either lonely, they're missing somebody, they're depressed, they're hurt, they're scarred from the past, they're having personal issues no one knows about, they have secrets you wouldn't believe. They wish, they dream and they hope. And right now, they are sitting here reading these words, and I'm writing this for you so you don't feel alone anymore. Always remember, don't be depressed about the past, don't worry about the future, and just focus on today. If today's not so great don't worry! Tomorrow's a new chance. If you are reading this, be sure to share this around to make others feel better. Have a nice day!"💕🙏💗💕

I remember listening to Beethoven as a small child for the first time - it is amazing how, after all these years (I am a lot older these days!), it still feels so fresh and vital (and is!) - at every stage of my life story, Beethoven's music has remained viscerally relevant - it seems to me that every time I return to his cello sonatas, as now, I glean new gems from each of the masterpieces. Wonderful stuff!!

If Mozart had heard Beethoven’s Cello Sonatas. I think that he will say that he hears a little bit of his own influence in small certain parts but the rest of the work is very different than what we’re used to hearing. It seems like a certainty of transition from our own era of music. But specifically for Beethoven’s music, it’s rather a very much wild ride, moments where I think are quite obvious & boring suddenly sparks with somewhat of a ferocious character hitting hard in the deep basses. This music has created a deep unknown side of influence upon me. It will be interesting to see where this composer goes further in his career. I will definitely keep up with his works. As for now, things are too new & don’t seem perfected & a bit too random without involving much musical sense in regards to theory. It’s pretty hard to catch up to the fast changes of ideas. But rather for now it seems as though it’s nothing but intense musical ideas scattered into a whole composition. It is not sophisticated in this way, but with time & professionalism in the realm of proper musical theory, these monstrosity ideas can become something from another world in fact & that of which I never thought I would ever get the chance to hear in my lifetime. But too bad, lol that I never lived long enough to experience it on my own. Frankly, it just could’ve ruined my own nature of being a Classical Musician. Of which is indeed one of my greatest fears for my entire career as a composer. Which is my honest answer, & so there is that. It is the reason why I had to be passed on, well in order to create room for the next prodigy of musical history! But it’s no bad news at all, since I’m already keeping up with Beethoven from up above any so! So I strongly do admire & cheer for Beethoven either way!

I grew up on the Casals-Serkin recordings, which have an idiomatic rightness and spontaneous flow that can be hard to find in modern performance. I'm listening to this (Op 5 #2) and finding it somewhat clunky & wooden. But I always like to listen to different interpretations of great music and will definitely give this a chance to grow on me.
