Red badges need certificates of honour. Hope you have the right packages for that.

@@ComfyStealth no Certificates for us in the blissful anymore, so can’t hep you with that. We are an old state #29. Most of us are maxed out on the red badges. Got many of the certificates from pearls. Up to 500 for 1500 pearls. But you also keep needing the hats and the badge tags. So rack them up.
