I personally love really long vlogs! (45 min+) but do whatever is realistic and sustainable to you! Love seeing you be so open and honest about having a child in the NICU. You are an inspiration to parents.

You are a strong momma and I feel like I need to learn how to let go of what I cannot control. You being calm and collected while your baby is in the NICU is so inspiring.

My son was born at 32 weeks and spent 3 weeks in the NICU. he’s our first and it was a crazy, stressful sad experience.. but I’m so grateful he was okay, and NICU nurses are literal angels.

It’s so awesome that you have your own room in the nicu! My nicu had all the babies in rooms based on like age, size, acuity, I think. So like my babies were in one room with like 10 other babies that were similar care levels. And they had like 5 or 6 recliners.

NICU is soooo different where I live in Canada it’s one room where all the babies share, each baby has a station with their bed, monitor and chair for a parent. Then the nurses have a desk and computer in the middle of the room along with a sink!

I honestly so love and respect you keeping your kids faces blurred and possibly not sharing your new babies names, I think its super smart and good that you guys are doing this now, even if you haven't done it in the past, doing it now is better than not at all! I haven't kept up with your channel since like 2018 but I randomly started following your most recent end of pregnancy and I gotta say this has really swayed me to start watching your videos again!

I had my baby last Saturday at 40 weeks and 2 days, and went through a lot this time. I almost passed away twice and had to stay in the hospital for 9 days, I was bleeding internally now I have a hematoma in my stomach with a liter of blood and had to have 3 blood transfusions while staying in the icu. Thank goodness baby is very healthy and doing great, but it was so scary! Glad you and baby are doing well ❤ Congratulations again! ♥️

I know I was curious about the name just because your names are unique and adorable. That's the only reason . I respect you wanting to have privacy though.

I think it’s a good idea to have a nickname for videos that you don’t actually use with your child for safety. A random dad called out a nickname (same as my kid) and it freaked my kid out that he thought this guy knew his name.

So as a first time mom, I was a nicu mom and since you are pumping so much because baby isn’t eating a lot, it causes over production, which can be hard to handle for its own reasons. But I was told that I should have stopped pumping when we left the nicu since she was nursing. Just a heads up if you do both it might get un comfy really quick…

Actually love the shorter vlogs, I enjoy the longer ones too, I think whatever content you have at that time works

Being able to watch your baby on a camera is very cool. I was in the NICU as a baby about 24 years ago and my mom/family would have loved to have a camera to see me. They were there in person most of the time but if they needed to go home and shower or anything else they could have and checked in on me while they were away.

Your NICU room is huge! Here in Australia NICU is a shared room, but PICU is individual rooms. But even then, they don't have parent beds. Sometimes they can bring in a chair that folds out to a bed, but majority of the time a parent can't stay in NICU or PICU. All the best for your journey ahead with a premmie
