Have you guys ever considered getting a smaller/medium sized 3D printer? Some of the dudes that have them make some killer parts. Especially brackets for accessories. You can make factory-ish looking parts easily. Just a thought. This car is going to be so dope. Love the Yoshio Factory valve cover. One thing I wish you would’ve done is bead rolled the trunk floor. That would’ve been the cherry on top for how well it turned out.

I feel like if your going to utilize the breaker as a killswitch in emergencies, utilizing the empty gas door would have been a great place, but i understand it would then be at risk from the lack of wheel well covers...but a remote kill would be good.

Always paint/ceramic coat exhaust parts before heat wrapping!! If not they will get wet and rust underneath the heat wrap and disintegrate without you noticing. Maybe not with stainless tho...

Between starter, alternator and fuse box; need the cable insulation to be able handle load at 90*c and amperage within the circuit. Keep in mind the power deliver of the alternator (for the engine and the rest of the car) has to be greater than the electric demand of the car.; or you will run the risk of the battery going dead and constant recharge.

I've installed big audio stuff in many cars. The main difference is the fancy 0 ga wire is usually OFC (Oxygen Free Copper) and welding wire is CCA (Copper Clad Alum.). Audio stuff you want a "clean signal/power" but for my drift car I almost always use welding wire as its a whole life hack and you won't see any difference as long as you run the proper gauge wire. If you're really on a budget you can always cut jumper cables and use that wire too.

I keep waiting for a full heat management video on one of these builds using the Funk products. Gold foil on the intakes, heat wrap on the exhaust. Gold or silver heat shields on the fire wall and trans tunnel. You see the occasional heat sleeve but with the IAT measurements and exhaust heat sensors it would be nice to see just how good it can get. I see the funk turbo blankets but not much else. Gold wrap from the exit of the intercooler to the intake. If the pro car is going to boogie, show how far you can go.

Looking good! Have you guys test fitted the FCST system into the cell? I have a radium 10 gallon (same one you guys installed) and Am trying to run the Nuke performance CFC, but the can is physically too big (about 1" too tall) to actually fit in the fuel cell, due to it being shallower than most units. Luckily the rods are adjustable, and can be made to fit, but I will have to modify the actually surge tank can to be shorter.

What a lot of people don’t talk about with bigger pumps is the fact that they (well any fuel pump) uses fuel as a cooling source (yes fuel pumps can over heat) and lubrication so with that being said the company’s usually tell you or it’s in the paperwork unless you just click and ship but a company usually tells you don’t let the fuel level get low if ram at x duty cycle it’s cycle limit is x amount of timing meaning realistically with drifting auto cross and such even with combating fuel slosh and other things the to not have starving issues but no one ever combats the issue of fuel pumps getting hot because they’re being ran hard and the impeller wheel in the turbine housing usually a plastic gear good company’s use a metal wheel. When things get hot they swell and a fuel pump is not above being affected by heat especially when your drifting so the case of either a metal or plastic turbine wheel shaves some of its elf off or the cavity gets milled away and now you don’t build as much pressure and most of the time it’s not caught and then over a event or two testing and it’s always the cars I hear she was running good or it was like extra spice or it was so crisp yeah I bet it was crisp and this and that because it was leaning out and oh this pull feels good little bit more little bit more even though your tuned safe this that the third and boom lift a head droops and melt a valve then it snaps or drops it into the piston Aeromotive car back in the early 2000s was doing the same thing because there pumps were barely holding on and it was building so much heat that cylinder 7 would droop a valve and not drop it and they’d have to get new seats and my brother who was a machinist who was the one fixing the heads caught him one day and inquired what they were doing and he told them just what there pumps were doing and how it was causing heat to build and instead of paying 7k every other pass he told him to keep the car running thru the shut down and he wouldn’t have the issue no more the fuel would help cool things down stuff still moving will keep the valves and seats straight and as they seat and contact thing will do there job help dissipate heat and cool things down as well and he was so happy he gave my brother a Aeromotive eliminator 1000 for free and everything to install on his terminator cobra

The only thing I don't like about e-throttle is in a factory application, this week been in a Audi with one, it just cuts power off and doesn't matter what you do with the e-throttle it'll close so didn't know if it was air, fuel even a wiring issue with the throttle, obd scan came up with 0 -errors , eventually found it was a hpfp losing pressure so cut power until engine turned off but trying to diag something that it didn't know was wrong was hard
