Sadly it's not the case. It's not common at all for mayors/parking lots owners to allow events like that here in Poland. There might be some exceptions, but it's not usual thing.

Widziałem to auto osobiście w 2017/18 w swoim rodzinnym mieście, jeszcze zanim trafiło to Filipa posiadał je taki Kuba, pamiętam że tylne błotniki były w lekko innym odcieniu i nadal tak jest, pewnie gdyby nie to auto dziś nie miałbym swojego rS13! Pozdro chłopaki

I've noticed Sam locking the doors from the inside on 86, you can actually lock them from the outside, if you lock the door while it's open and close the door with having the handle pulled. Then it should stay locked after closing the door. For anyone with broken lock and not having central locking like me. Made my daily life easier.

No, we can’t ;( probably is a private parking lot, We have high fines for drifting. But we have also a lot of “hidden” places like old airport or factory with big parking lot
