I take that sceen as her seeking comfort during the turbulence of her relationship with someone she can bare her true sell to. There is a lot going on and I saw the DkDK interpretation and it was ok but being a moomoo I know Hwasa said that when she is in a relationship she gives her all even sacrificing her pride for love. She said this was written from her own relationship experience so I don't think it's about a more dominant man as DkDK think but just the fact that the guy only living for her is sad, lonely and actually hurting them both. The scene where she touches the bird on a dead tree has a lot of meaning as well. As you can see, she is touching the bird that is leaving or flying away from the tree. You are one of the few that focused on the message (a lot of reactors focused on the fact that the girl is her group member, missing the message why she was caressing her) I totally agree with you on when she is with guys she is above them and the head of the relationship while when she is with girls they are on the same level even when girls are leaning on her,.. also the picturing of girls as pure (while the lyrics are somewhat straightforward and follows the MV, I think the MV reveals more about her through symbolism) also the use of both female and male dancers (which I think is rare) and when she is walking on the table there are both genders looking at their empty cups... And her coming out from the closet crying in the darkness and just sitting there with her dried tears (I don't think they are just random symbols,.. even the flower she stepped on before hugging the guy must mean something) these are just of the few things that are not usually mentioned, the MV is fully charged on symbolism even some of the dance moves (I am sure we are missing a lot of hidden messages)
