I don't know if you've ever had a charlie horse, it's where you pull the muscle in your leg and it hurts like crazy. Getting tasered kind of feels like that but every muscle in your body tenses up and experiences that pain. Most people are fine after but some people have after effects.

It's not fun. It's a super powered electro muscle stimulator. It puts the current into your nerves to force your muscles into contraction. That's also why it is so hit and miss. If you don't get a good spread, if there's too much clothing, if there isn't enough penetration, if there's too much spread etc it won't make the proper connection and won't lock up the muscles. Some departments will let civilians get tased as part of an outreach so they can feel what it's like - the problem is it's done under laboratory conditions and not field conditions so there is a false expectation of it working. I use an electro muscle stimulator/TENS unit for pain and to contract the muscles to break knots from fibromyalgia. It's a lot less powerful then a taser, but even so it can lock the muscle up so rigidly you cannot move ANYTHING. I use the EMS because severe pain for a short term to break up the muscular issues is better then significant long lasting pain that doesn't go away.

I let a Sheriff's Deputy taze me twice and it tickled but I was able to fully function and even pulled them out the second time. After I wasn't affected by the first one he thought it was faulty so he did it again. It hits everyone differently, when I was a young teen I went to unplug the tv from the wall because of a storm and as I was pulling the plug out the power coming into the surged from being hit by lightning and it threw me 15ft across the room and knocked me out while frying almost every electronic in the house.

Hi Kabir, I've never been Tased, but one time at work I got a jolt from a film printer that was 480 volts. I went flying across the room on my butt, and didn't stop until I hit a wall about 15 feet away. My hand and arm were numb for about 20 minutes, and the next day I was very sore all over. I actually dented in the drywall that I hit.

Closest to tazing ive ever been through was touching a electric fence once, it didnt feel good lol. I was at a party years back and some ahole was there going around tazing random people..thankfully i dodged it lol.

my wife had to get tased when she started working at the sherriffs office, she had somebody record her getting tased just like these videos, either my wife is a boss or they use weak tasers lol

My husband was a deputy sheriff and had to be tased before he could receive his certification. He said it was like a charlie horse all over your body. The next day he said he felt like he had taken a beating. It is not pleasant in any way.
