The film "Some Like It Hot" with Marilyn Monroe has a lot of the same plot points. It's def an American classic, black and white with the most iconic last line.

I Dagger in my heart when I heard how old you were when this came out!! Although, I think you are about my daughter's age, but still give a girl a warning! I was an adult and will turn 50 next year. I let her watch this movie when it came out, I had no idea what it was, she went with a friend, but she still loves it today!!! She can still remember the lines in the film!
