Cyclist here, I have to agree with vik that it is really dangerous to be mind your own business when commuting to work or getting some exercise. In fact my dads friend died of a speeding driver who was on the wrong side of the main road round a bend, I am incredibly fortunate to have not been hurt from lousy drivers but my dad has had to have operations to repair him even months after he got hit by someone. That is 2 examples from 2 people in just the past year. Please be aware and cautious around cyclist
