Join me as I make a return visit Britannia Pier in Great Yarmouth for the 2024 season!
I take a walk on Britannia Pier which has more renovations done over the Winter.
This includes the brand new refurbished Fish and Chip restaurant called Krispies along with a cookie shop opposite. There has also been more lighting and signage added along with some wooden shelters outside the showbar to help people keep in the shade during the warm summer months.
Also in this vlog, I check out the funfair on the end of the pier which has a brand new ride in place.
The pier looks even more better with the new changes happening a few steps at a time. The new owners are still doing a fantastic job to bring this wonderful pier back to its original heyday!
Footage was filmed in 2.7K, 50fps using a GoPro Hero 10 Black with accessories.

I was quite surprised that the coaster wasn't there this time. It was very popular last summer.

I have just watched some of your videos of Great Yarmouth's Britannia Pier. One thing that I noticed is that you didn't walk through both their arcades on the all posts that you made since the change of new owners, I expect that you did not want to show the negative parts of the pier that has not yet been renovated yet, is this true. P.S. I forgot to mention that I live in Yarmouth and have worked for the pier before.

Sadly in today's society, filming in the arcades is not allowed due to gambling laws. However, I did get some of the other main changes on the outside.
