The national anthems of Great Britain "God Save the Queen" and Wales "Land of My Fathers" were sung upon arrival of both the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh at the main yard of Caernarfon Castle for the investiture of then-Prince Charles, now King Charles III, as Prince of Wales on 1 July 1969.
"God Save the Queen" was played upon separate arrivals of the said royals via train by a military band at a train station and outside the castle. This was featured in a separate video which can be accessed at the end of this video.
