Best advice I got for monsters is to fill a spray bottle filled with water or a sleep spray, that you spray around their room before they go to bed and you tell them it’s a monster repellent. Or tell them to make weird noises back to scare the monsters away! Worked wonders for my niece.

I work in early years and in regards to potty training, they say if their nappy is dry all night for a couple nights trial it by doing a wee before bed and as soon as they wake up. You’re both doing such an amazing job raising these boys and they’re so lucky to have you both

I read the ACOTAR series first and went straight from there to ToG! Definitely recommend reading that series first then moving on to Crescent City! Tog is by far my fav! It’s not all that romantic because it’s technically young adult but there’s so much adventure and all the characters go through SOOO much! It’s my fav series ever currently and the main character lives in the back of my mind all the time. Love her 🤍🤍

Saints waking sleeps are normal. This is how the baby nurse explained it to me when my son had them - the brain has sparks and fuses that “explode” as his brain and body grow. She told me that he is still “asleep” so just hold him so he knows he is safe. Not sure if things have changed. I’m in Canada, and my son is turning 19 this August. My gut tells me to speak to a nurse who works with toddlers…they usually have a wealth of information. Hopefully they can help. Best of luck.

Lovely lovely video aside, I am on Frost and Starlight and have ordered the last book and fully intend to embark on the throne of glass series as I randomly met a girl at the hairdressers and when she saw my acotar raved about it as the next best read. In fact when we chatted about what we loved about it she reckoned that T of G is even better! Could that even be possible? Hugs ❤

I loved Fourth wing just as much as acotar, and the new fourth wing book is coming out in December

I read on someone’s instagram recently who was working with a sleep coach for night wakings… that if they’re waking up with nightmares it could be that they’re needing a wee… to take them to the toilet whilst they’re asleep (before it happens) or as they’ve woken if it gets that far and that apparently helps? Makes sense if it’s happened a similar time to potty training!!

I read a series called the red queen by Victoria Aveyard and just absolutely fell in love with it. I’ve not read the series that you are reading at the moment but it is set in a fantasy world and is very good! I’m currently reading outlander and that is another really really good series. The show is incredible as well ♥️

After ACOTAR I went straight to TOG series!! First two books were a bit slow but KEEP GOING, it gets soooo much better.. maybe better than ACOTAR 👀
