You look great ! Lucky to have your family understanding who you really are , wish I would have had the guts to make the change erlier in my life , Im 73 so I feel its too late for me but admire you and wish nothing but good things in your new life !!!

You are only 73, so it’s not too late. But if you wait much longer, it may be too late. So chin up and face your fears. There are few of us transitioning in our seventies, but I am coming up on 79 and I will be a person living full time as a woman this November 2022. I have been on HRT since I was your age, but scared to death about transitioning until I was 77. The hardest part has been telling my family and close friends. I have already let my hair grow out into a short ponytail and have stud earrings and wear light makeup to cover some male age spots and have lost a lot of inches in my waist as I put on fat on my boobs and butt. But, I sit them down and tell them that I am challenging them to accept me the way I am and will be. They usually think I’ve got a disfiguring cancer or Alzheimer’s. Once I get their commitment, I then tell them my horrible secret, which I have hidden since I was 3, and of all the perils I see for myself and ask them for their help by accepting me as I really am. Then I ask them if they didn’t already have a hint that I was trans. All this either elicits an accepting conversation or a rejection. Either way, I am out to them and I know where they stand with me. And then life goes on. And I feel better and that I am progressing. Enjoy your transition. Stay strong.

Hi Brittany, Laurajane, I saw your photo on reddit and left you a message 😀. Congratulations on your ten months of HRT.I have been with you from the beginning and I have watched all of the transformation that has happened to you 😀. I am a bit further along with my transition but I don't think I have moved on as rapidly as you have. You have gone from pretty to absolutely gorgeous in these ten months 😍. Please do have a wonderful holiday with your family because I know from experience that you need to. I would love to meet you and your family at some point as you have something quite unique, a loving family. Best wishes and love from Laurajane in Taupo New Zealand ❤️

Brittany, Love the video. Let me say first and foremost what a beautiful feminine outfit you are wearing.its so sexy. Love everything thing about it from top showing your real hair in a very cute style to bottom wearing very sensible 👠 heels. You must be quite use to them by now. This wonderful outfit is just what I would expect an important professional business woman 👩 with a very important responsible job would wear to the office. Do you and your wife comparing outfits before you go out the door to work. After ten months you must gotten more familiar with what it is to be a woman 👩 in society, in business and dealing with things as woman. What do you like, love and what do you hate. Finally I wish you luck and success with your FFS. I personally don’t think you need it but I do understand why to think you need it.

I Would urge you to do laser instead of electrolysis as it can damage the skin and melts fat. Laser is much faster too. Good luck with ffs, I had it in 2018 it was fairly painless

Hi there. I actually did 10 sessions of lazer. Electrolysis was the next step.

You have enough dark hair to schedule 10 TEN! Sessions? Wow That hair is RELENTLESS!!!! can electrolysis etc be paid from a thrift savings / (employer separated medical cash account)? I think it's paramount neccessity! I started waxing my beard I get to see my hair up close I do think some will respond to laser, I was considering IPL also for the other uses as Lee mentioned

Do you have a video where you talk about your initial discovery and decision to change? Etc I'm looking to hear from sisters who waited till later, what is a nicer way to say that? I'm not big big But HRT is so slow

Hi Brittany Were the ffs doctors able to use computer software to show how you will look after the surgery? I've played with online software and I'm sure it's a poor substitute for their software.

It took some courage but it came to a point where one day I woke up and thought, I just can’t keep it in any longer. So I just said, I wake up every single morning and wish my body was female. I think I might be a girl.
