Okay woah... i summoned the sleep paralysis demon when i was a teen... I ment it for me as i wanted to experience it but it went to someone else i was living with and that night they woke up screaming... I literally just realized it was at 3AM!!! I remember checking my phone and it was 3AM so i decided to just say up till it was time for school!

Almost every night I wake up at 3 am of 4 am to get water and I feel like someone is following me back to my room. I love you and i hope you have a good day.❤😁

The reason I think that you wake up in the middle of the night is because someone or something is watching you. Why would you just “wake up” for no reason?

While sleeping, I woke up around 3AM and I was in a paralized state. I felt someone was in my room. I tried to move but couldn't. I tried to scream but couldn't. I just closed my eyes n prayed n in my mind and after, I fell asleep again. Now I just woke up, saw ur notification and watched this video and woah, like its totally relatable. Girl you rock!!🔥❤️❤️

I agree with you about spirits coming to you in dreams. I’ve had visitation dreams from my dad, the last time was a few nights ago. I asked him to come to me in a dream if he can because I need to support and love at the moment, and he did. Could have just been my brain, but it really felt like it was him. He was just sitting next to my bed showing me he is there with me, it was really sweet :)

My bed is against a wall and one night I woke up out of a deep suddenly. I woke up facing the wall so I couldn’t see around my room but I felt this overwhelming sense of dread and that something was watching me from behind. I felt the presence get closer and closer to me, with my back still away from it, until it was hovering right over me and growled in my ear. Out of sheer terror all I could do was scream into my pillow and as I did it felt as if the presence vanished and the heavy feeling of the room subsided. I never saw whatever this thing was and I’m glad I didn’t. To this day it has never happened again and I’m thankful for that.

I've never had a ghost experience or any sort of encounter but I feel like there's something standing in the corner of my room at night. I also feel like there's something crouching down next to my dresser but the thing is I'm not sensitive to spirits but I feel like there's shadows staring at me. I love you Brit! ♥️ I am a high priestess Wiccan and it drives me NUTS when people say 3am is the witching hour! No, no it is not!!! 12:00am is the witching hour. I don’t even know how that rumor got started on the internet. 3am - 6am is known as either devils hour or more appropriately spirit hour. This is because the veil between the realms is the thinnest and it makes it easier for spirits, angels, guides, and demons and other beings to cross. ( being Wiccan I don’t believe in the devil ) and being an empathic physical medium I have never crossed one either. And I’ve crossed pretty much everything you could imagine and a whole bunch you couldn’t. I have had many sleep studies done, because they don’t know how to diagnose my “condition” ... I never go into REM sleep because even when I’m “sleeping” spirit is still talking to me, and I am still talking back to them. So although I’m asleep, I’m having constant conversations which prevent me from going into REM. Yass intuition is everything! I've had many experiences in my room waking up feeling like I was being watched. It wasn't good.. This was about 3 years ago, and it went on for months. It led to a terrifying sleep paralysis that was so bad I STILL won't sleep in there. I've had paranormal experiences my whole life as well as sleep paralysis, but this was different. Ok storytime: I was at my dads house and I’ve always believed that my room specifically was haunted and I woke up one morning like scared out of my skin. I was sweating and refused to get up because every night I refused to sleep because of what I felt in the corner of my room, but I refused to stay awake past 3:00am. (All of this happens from 2-4:00am) I never saw it but I had a vision of what it looked like, I finally worked up the nerve to get up and turn the lights on and texted my mom like my life depended on it. Brittany, I once saw 2 red glowing eyes staring at me. In my school, many ppl say my school is haunted. There's a hedge type in my school which teacher said not to go to. But me and my friend did. We went in a saw 2 red eyes staring at us. We froze for some seconds then we ran. We told that to our other friend and she came and saw it and there was nothing there. Do u have any ideas of what could it be?

I always know there is a demon trying to bother me at night, but there is also an angel protecting me. Sometimes I feel like someone is choking me, probably done by an evil entity. A lot of times I feel like someone is touching my hair which is I think done by a good spirit. I always put salt on the door way and window.. I think depression can create your own demon , I mostly cry in a room and after months whenever I pass through that room I feel a bad aura in there, usually people get sick when they stay in that room..

I have woken up many times around 3:30 to 4:30. I have woken up in a panic before. My friend made me a dream pillow and it had helped me a great deal. I have never slept well. I was always waking up early. I try to sleep later so I can rest,but if I go to bed say around 11,then by 1 or 2 I was always waking up. I have been only sleeping around 3 and a half hours. I will try meditation like you said, hopefully that will work better for me. Awesome video as always.

I know spirits are always around me. Family and friends. Especially at my great grandparents house. Since me and my dad lived in the basement because we had to take care of my great grandmother. My great grandfather passed away in 2009 and ever since then I would hear someone breathing when it was just me in the house. Then after my great grandmother passed away my dad stopped thinking I was crazy because then footsteps were heard. (We could tell the differences from the house settling from footsteps) i just always loved to think it was them watching over me and my dad. They probably might stay there due to the fact that they moved into the house in 1971. Hope it was a good story. 💖 Love your channel

😰This video kinda made me scared and sad at the same time because recently my cat "Tux" (short for Tuxedo)had passed away, and in the hours between 3 AM and 5 AM because I constantly wake up to the feeling of something on my stomach which is where my baby Tux would sleep, and the day he passed I was holding him in my arms and his paw clutched my arm and let go of it right after he took his last breath😢... and to this day I feel like he comes to comfort me when I fall asleep feeling sad 😔😞
