I was in Feltham 95-98 ....My man was a Top boy FACT..always bout his ting. Rate the real talk and how he's moved on with his life. Mans reflected and learned from his experiences. BIG UP. ......Youngers need to Learn from dis.....Road ain't easy. I spent over 4yrs in jail and now am a area manager earning 50+ k per yr. My experiences gave me the drive and perseverance to achieve in a positive way....it can be done.

Got to say mate. It's really refreshing to see an interviewer that allows his guests to speak without interruption! The mainstream journalists could learn a lot from you! It's clear that you have a way of making your guests feel relaxed and comfortable enough to open up and tell their tales. Keep up the good work mucker! Sending love and respect from Bristol 👊👌 . First time I've watched James's podcast. He's a good host. Allows people to talk without butting in and asks good questions when he has the chance (a lot of interviewers can learn from him). Quincy has an admirable character. Very open and transparent seems like a solid guy. I like the fact he isn't boasting or glorifying just saying it how it is. Great interview.

I watched Yammy’s podcast earlier with Quincey, but didn’t really get to learn much about him (more of a get together with the boys 😁, although it was a good watch) but his story is really interesting, and enjoyed this. Thanks for sharing 👍🏻 Also watched Yammy’s interview, which was heartbreaking at times (childhood etc.) Keep up the good work, James.

Seems like a good guy. Met a London 'gangster' in prison, he was a really good guy and devout Christian. He came in with shoes from court so I gave him a pair of trainers, he was really grateful and became a gym buddy, he was one strong dude but humble. Even tho him and his mates used to steal handbags from rich city workers!
