Most of the time no. It’s too expensive to test for a single soldier or a randomized set of soldiers, so you end up having to test an entire company to make it cost effective, which in turn causes it to be even more expensive.

Why wouldn’t you want higher physical output while also retaining higher levels of muscle protein synthesis and creating a physiological environment conducive to much faster recovery. If steroids weren’t illegal the way they are, you’d see a lot more juiced up personnel.

How tf r u gonna supply dudes with drugs on the front lines consistently when its difficult enough getting them ammo, food, and water? So no, putting every service member on PEDS is a terrible idea
