Rosie started her show June 10th, 1996 one of the questions that people have asked her is what’s it like doing The Rosie O’Donnell Show and what’s it meant to her? well let me try to explain it if she could magically somehow make it run backward she'd like to do the whole thing all over again it's been an awful lot of fun for her it has

@MrAhoskin1 I was amazed when she came out. I looked and looked again and was sure it was her, as I had seen her in London in 'Oklahoma' and in NY in 'Chicago'! I focused in on her face and it was her. I think it was so cool for her to do it, given she is British and a star, there, but most don't know her here, yet. She's amazing dancer (dream scene in 'OK', amazing. She can fly through the air beautifully and without effort). Tried to find others but was not sure about them. Her, I was sure.

A bit, but she was massively popular, and really was one of the best promotional tools Broadway had at the time. She'd book shows no one had heard of, and everyone loved coming to her stage to promote their stuff.
