You really have some nice friends Larry. This camera is to complicated for me. I wish someone would send me another Sony HDR-CX 405 so I could record from another window I have 2 of them. This morning a squirrel jumped on to my bedroom window feeder that is the price I have to pay for not keeping the nut bar full for him or her. It will rain all day today so I can not fill it up. Later I will send you the clip. Happy Tuesday!!

That Sony looks real sweet, I wish someone would ask me to review one.😄 So the nut bar is working to keep the squirrels out of the bird feeders?

@@LSatch You could buy yourself one. As long as I keep it full. I will also send you my Halloween video 2 racoons visited it. Maybe you can also buy a window bird feeder and do a review on it. I like your reviews but do not need any more bird feeders. I am thinking of my one more birdhouse in Dec. You can make your own. and maybe send me one 🤣🤣

No, some hold more than others but they are all about the same.

I have 5ghz will the 2.4 is not working, what do I do?

Do you mean 2.4 is not working? Most of us still have 2.4 because many people still have older devices. You probably have both and when setting it up, when it goes to look for your WiFi choose the 2.4. My best advice is to contact support. Hope this helps some

Can you help me out? How do you remove the camera from the feeder? The company is helping me upgrade my parents (which is at their house, not mine) and they want the barcode on the camera and my parents can’t figure out how to take it out.

Ok, you got lucky. This is one of the easier ones to get out. Unplug the solar panel from the top of the camera. You should then be able to tip it forward until you see the plastic thumb screw on the back. If it’s not working they probably saw a prompt to format the SD card. DO NOT follow that prompt or they won’t be able to use the playback feature. I hope this helps. Let me know and let me know if I can help any further.

Thanks! They got it. Right now it doesn’t work with their WiFi being 5g but the company says they might be able to upgrade it remotely so I am waiting on a response

@@119trm if they have 5g they probably also still have 2.g. Most people do. They can check when setting it up.
