Broccoli in Smooth Egg Gravy (10mins Recipe)
Ingredients :
1)Broccoli - 1 bunch
2)Oil
3)Minced garlic
4)Sugar- 1 teaspoon
5)Salt - 1 teaspoon
6)Cooking wine - 3 teaspoons
7)Goji berries
8)Concentrated chicken stock - 2 teaspoons
9)Egg - 2 pcs
10)Starch for thickening
Method:
1)prepare 1 bunch broccoli, cut into smaller pieces,remove the stem skin if necessary
2)clean and rinse it with water
3)boil a wok of water, add some salt
4)put broccoli into the boiling water
5)take out the broccoli once the water re-boil again
6)put into cold water and then strain it
7)after strain of water,transfer all broccoli into a bowl, slightly press it
8)heat up wok, add some oil and minced garlic
9)once the garlic turn into brown,add a bowl of boiling water
10)Add seasoning item 4-8
11)mix well, let it boil again
12)add Tapioca starch water,cook until thicken
13)slow pour 2 beaten eggs in the boiling sauce, then turn off the heat
14)cap a plate with the bowl(with broccoli inside)
15)pour the sauce onto the broccoli, ready to serve

滑蛋西兰花 (10分钟料理)
材料
1)西兰花 - 1束
2)油
3)蒜蓉
4)糖 - 1茶匙
5)盐 - 1 茶匙
6)花雕酒 - 3茶匙
7) 枸杞
8) 浓缩鸡汤 - 2茶匙
9)鸡蛋 - 2个
10)增稠淀粉
煮法:
1)准备1束西兰花,切成小块,必要时去除茎皮
2)用水冲洗
3)烧开一锅水,加少许盐
4)将西兰花放入沸水中
5)水再次沸腾后取出西兰花
6)放入冷水中,然后过滤
7)沥干水后,将所有西兰花放入碗中,轻轻按压
8)热锅,加少许油 和蒜末
9)一旦蒜末变成棕色,加一碗开水
10)添加调味料(4-8号)
11)搅拌均匀,再煮沸
12)加入木薯淀粉水,煮至浓稠
13)慢慢将2个打好的鸡蛋放入沸腾的酱汁中然后关火
14)用碗(里面有西兰花)盖住盘子
15)把酱汁倒在西兰花上,出锅上菜
