Really like this recipe. Did you cook/steam the broccoli before adding it to the egg mixture or is chopped uncooked broccoli?

Do we need to blanch or stir fry the broccoli before or will it cook in the egg? I’m new to broccoli

U can blanch it, but because the omelette steams I use it raw, I like a bit of crunch

No I don't I like it crunchy , if you don't like it a bit crunchy you can boil first but you don't have to

Wouldn't the coconut oil make it a tad bit sweet? I used salted British butter.

You can use butter or oil, won't effect the results. Coconut milk adds sweetness not really the oil, the oil adds a nutty flavor to me that i like so I use it in everything

I tried this with frozen broccoli and made sure to steam it first but I steamed it for way too long because now it's really soft haha so be careful y'all
