1 pound broccoli (about 1 large head or 2 small ones)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, grated
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
12 ounces pasta orecchiette, rigatoni, fusilli, or other short pasta
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated, or dairy-free alternative (optional)

Ho visto altri tuoi video con la pasta e penso tu abbia origini italiana....sei bravissimo, usi pochi ingredienti e questo è ottimo, la pasta può essere fatta in mille modi. Qualsiasi avanzo hai in frigo puoi fare un ottima pasta....tranne frutta e Nutella :))

@@leylamehdi1623 there's no Italian food police around, so they won't know 🤫🤭 To answer seriously, pecorino, having a stronger taste, balances out better the sweetness of the broccoli and makes the taste pop out better (for the same reason, you'd put garlic and not onion, olive oil and not butter ) while with parmigiano you risk the taste to be unbalanced
