Having to stand in the pocket when defense is blitzing 90% of the time because of his rookie status was a baptism of fire for Purdy. The strength of the offense is their running game and midfield catches because of the personel they have. Deebo, CMC, Kittle are all YAC players, while Jennings and Aiyuk are deep threat. Purdy still has to prove he can throw deep with one on one coverage.

It's so funny the first few games all I heard was "Brocks arm is weak, he can't make bucket drop throws, he doesn't have the arm talent, blah blah" but now in week 12, people that critiqued him half to death are saying he might have the best touch on his throws in football lol not only can he make those small space throws he almost places the ball in the hands of his receivers with a fucking pillow taped to it lol it gets exactly where it needs to and just at the right time with the perfect amount of ball speed. Alot of really good QBs can't master the float, I remember when Kap was dominant he had good placement most of the time but it would literally break fingers, I think it was Moss that got his finger dislocated on a 15 yard pass from Colin lol Purdy has the rare talent of very good speed control on his throws, when it has to be a fastball it will be but when he needs to drop it in with minimal force he does it. I don't care if he never wins a SB (which it's looking like he will someday) Brock is soon gonna be the face of success for late round/UnDrafted players, in 25 years they'll still be talking about the infamous Mr.Irrelevant getting his chance and showing the league that you don't have be a 1st rounder to be a top player, but if you get that chance, you gotta ball the fuck out like Purdy. 🙌🙌 long rant but fuck I'm fired up lol I feel real good about our SB chances this year, just gotta keep the team healthy as possible
