1) I’m from the US and it is so fun seeing the stuff you have over there! Was surprised the products are still as big as ours 😂2) You don’t go into Costco with a list, it’s like Target. Costco tells you what you need. Just show up and you’ll leave 2 hours later and $500 poorer…. but happy!

I go to Costco Bristol monthly and bought a cool bag that keeps frozen things cold for a day (super large one) for frozen bits- that way, you can buy frozen/fridge items and go to places (theatre etc) after Costco visits! Love it!

There is a list of professions you have to be in to be able to get an individual membership. Most are covered but some aren’t, the list is on the website. Also online shopping is always good for bigger items as sometimes it’s free delivery and they’ll take the old appliance away for free too!

Don't skip on the Kirkland brand. Even the clothes. Such good quality.

Yay…welcome to life with Costco. So lovely to see your enthusiasm. We have been members (USA) for 25+ years. As long as you have a place to store the stuff it’s great. Ours are way, way busier. Gas/petrol prices are always the lowest. My advice is buy it when you see it or at, least go back quickly, especially in the center section. Before my neighbor moved away she and I used to “chum” up on certain products. Example - zip lock bags came in a pack of 4 so I would have 2 and she would have 2 and split the cost. I have bought 2 cars through the Costco car buying scheme.

My fave part of Costco as a kid was the freebies and the cafe at the end with the pizza slices and still Fanta! This felt like a proper nostalgic vlog for me haha

We haven’t got a Costco here or Primark…I go to Southampton for my bits n bobs…from Primark and all the big shops. I love it when I get home from work and there’s a Brogan blog waiting for me…❤️it. Can't believe you've never been to costco, thought you guys would be connoisseurs. Ive been going since I was little as used to go with my auntie in california, and was so excited when we got it over here. It was a great joy in lockdown especially all the freebies. Glad you had fun!

We’ve been going to Costco for years and I get as excited as you were every time we go 😂 Some of our fav things to get are : Peanut Butter filled Pretzels- a big tub, these got our eldest through many exam seasons. The duck and pancakes from the freezer section. So much meat for a super price. The bread rolls, really tasty rolls and they freeze brilliantly. The cookies….oh the cookies 🙈 The white chocolate chip is our favourite from the box. Any of the large cakes. Perfect for a party. The birthday cake- Brummymummy is right, they are great cakes. The broccoli slaw salad from the fridge section. So good! lol, I could go on! 😂 Now I want to go to Costco 😁

As a single person who doesn't have the space to store most of the stuff Costco sells, my Costco trips are with other people and I treat myself to all the food samples. Also curious if they have a food counter over there with 50p hot dogs. (EDIT nevermind, I see they do!) Basically everything I think about when I think of Costco is free or almost-free food. Also, love how Benji joked the double-tap fridge was for 35/36 but within minutes he'd convinced himself he was ready for one. The price tags are so enticing! Love my Canadian Content, we call those cookies maple cremes here!

Wait until Christmas for the gift sets that come along then! If you ever see a label coloured yellow it is on offer or can be end of line, I did spot one in your video. Their fresh meat and bbq meats are excellent value and freeze really well. Xx

It's so entertaining to see videos like this, because Costco is just a part of normal life for us. I just in, refill my la Croix stash and any frozen items we need after 1-2 months, grab toilet paper and then walk right back out. it's fun to see it through your eyes! Costco for us is either a trip for staples or for entertaining, which you can obviously see. Lots of weddings (alcohol), hen-dos, birthdays, and holiday parties are supplied through Costco. As for advice for items, just like with trader joes, a lot of the Kirkland brand items are the exact same product as their name brand equivalent so dont be afraid to try out Kirkland branded anything to save money. Costco also rotates out their items a lot to allow you to try more variety throughout the year so items 2-3 months from now may be brand new, in different flavor combinations, or seasonal. We love everything about Costco except the craziness of ours- Our Costco is like Black Friday shopping to the extreme no matter the time or day! I love the leggings you purchased I have them in several different colors!

Funny to see your reactions to being in Costco for the first time. Everything is large packaging. You can never get out of a Costco for less than $100. We get our gas there and it's always cheaper than at a regular gas station. They deliver as well. Love you guys!

Love a Costco shop and could spend many hours wandering up and down the aisles. Their meat is fantastic as too is the fish. Always happy to do a Costco shop.

Benji and the fridge tap face - so funny. 😲That is one mahoosive place. Love that you also use that silly word, not heard many other people use it. The sizing photos - genius - not seen that before, seems really obvious.

That was so fun! I try and only go to Costco quarterly, aaand maybe twice during the holiday season- so much good stuff. Half of my husband’s wardrobe is from Costco. Our basics for every trip include Liquid IV, fig bars, Kirkland paper towels and toilet paper, the maple syrup, bacon bits, and when needed the batteries and muffins.

The Ninja Creami is great if you love ice cream/sorbets. I’m forever making random combinations. Also, if you end up going for a Nespresso machine I’d recommend going for the Vertuo Plus over the other Vertuo machines. I’ve had several and found the others to be noisier/slower than the Plus. Better still, if you’re factoring in cost of pods, go with one of the original machines (not Vertuo line). Most supermarkets now make their own capsules for those at a much better price, and they taste great

I live in a small flat so can’t go wild on buying in bulk but I absolutely love the novelty on massive containers and seeing others snag a bargain!! Didn’t know they sold books!!

Love Costco Kirkland brand sweet cream butter. But we bought membership just to use the gas station. I don’t know about UK but here in US most of the Costco’s have their own gas stations and they are usually so much cheaper per gallon makes sense to have membership just for that perk alone. Of course we have multiple locations too.

I’m in the states, but if the bakery carries croissants- don’t miss them! They freeze beautifully as well :)

Costcos are great to buy food items at holiday times when you are going to large family gatherings cheap but good desserts. Costco in Canada does not sell any booze not good lol Its always fun to shop even thought it seems your spend so much money but then your so stocked up it feels so good lol

Your reaction when you are back in the car is the best thing ever😂! We go to Costco every month because their chicken breast is really good value for money and not pumped with lots of water. We buy 3 packs normally and that last us a month or just over (we eat a lot of chicken) we also buy the soy sauce and the teriyaki glaze as, again, these are great value and really tasty! Excited to hear your thoughts on Acotar (and whether you kept reading/went back to it). You should also give the chestnut springs series by Elsie silver a go! Cowboy romance books 💗

Costco has fantastic reading glasses that come in a pack of 3. More sturdy than the cheap ones in boots etc. the cheesecake and carrot cake are very good. You can get San Pellegrino in there which can be a good buy. My main advice is to check the unit price you normally pay and compare it either before you go on their website( what my daughter and I did) or check on your phone in store. Some of the frozen foods are good value but they are huge!! Lovely fresh flowers, snacks, socks. Garden furniture is top quality we bought our garden swing there. Bear in mind everything is American sized so take measurements, it's a squeeze if you don't 😂 Not everything is cheap❤

Love Costco! We’re in the U.S. There’s just two of us. We get cleaning supplies, TP, etc there. Also, we get the chicken breasts and steaks. We divide them up and put them in freezer bags and they go in the freezer. Batteries are a must. My wealthy sister buys one or two gold bars when she goes and puts them in her safe. They’ll go to her kids and grandkids eventually.

Hi brogan and benji! I live less than a mile away from that costco. The first visit is usually the most exciting as it's all new lol! We usually get the costa coffee pods, sometimes a cake, lego, rotisserie chicken, bottled water, cushelle toilet roll, bold liquid wash, microfiber cloths, dettol and dettol wipes, bleach, cat litter, beer, odd bits from the freezer, pepsi max cans, apple juice cartons and capri sun, cans of sweetcorn and baked beans, weetabix and oat so simple, azura coffee, Yorkshire tea, vitamins, baby wipes, sometimes shampoo and hand wash, sometimes crisps. Often books and clothes. They sell quite a lot of branded clothing and trainers. You have to check some prices as they aren't always cheaper. They have a very good returns policy. In the summer they usually do a nice caramel frappe drink in the cafe bit which is amazing. The fuel is a very good price too, just don't go on Friday night cos there is usually a mahoosive queue x

We love a Costco trip and have tried the fresh pizza its huge and very good. Quesadillas and fajitas, ready to go are fabulous and the Danish pastries and muffins are naughty but very nice and you can freeze them. (Mine never make it into the freezer!) Another entertaining video, thanks 🙂

Having just moved back from Canada, I can confirm those maple biscuits are devine! 😍🍁 I miss them so badly and I am considering getting a membership at Costco just to get them 😅🤣

Keep an eye on the fortnightly offer booklets that come through the mailing list. Great for seeing what’s on offer - especially the loo roll. Try and match you Costco day to when you need to fill up the tank. They have the best price on petrol but if you are, go at a time where it’s not a busy as the queue for petrol can be long.

I always go for coke, water, washing detergent and washing up liquid as a must. But i only get to go on the weekend and I truly hate it 😂 Costco on the weekend is hell on earth 😅 oh and always get a hotdog on the way out x
